It featured their signature biangbiang noodles seasoned with cumin, peppercorn, and their housemade chili oil. It's served with celery, cabbage, and tonsss of cilantro. SO GOOD! It was slurped up in minutes. The spice is mala spice, so it's a little numbing, tingly, and hurts just a bit in the best way. It definitely grows, so have a beverage on hand.
