I have been a few times and everytime they are so busy! The first time I went I had to wait over 20 mins for my beverage. The second time I went they were able to serve me right away! Each time I tried something different and it was really good! From their jasmine tea to snowy jasmine to premium jasmine matcha tea. All so good!

I cannot believe how fast Molly Tea is growing with many locations popping up! I usually visit the one in Chinatown, Manhattan and now they opened one in Jersey City. This one is definitely bigger with seats and tables. I love how there's so much space. Ceiling is very high. Very modern and clean. It's good for large groups and individuals. Very quiet atmosphere for people to talk and hang out. No background noise or music interrupting conversations. There were 2 promotions going on in this place. One is to write a review on Google or Yelp and you'll receive a free random Molly tea sachet. They got different scented sachets in pink, gold, and green. The other promotion is to buy any 4 drinks from the menu and get a free DuPont bag of any random color just like the scented sachets. The DuPont bag is very wrinkly in my opinion and they come in light pink, sky blue, and black. I did not get these promotions because I was by myself and getting 4 drinks was just too much. Hopefully they have more promotions, which is what they have been doing all the time. Magnet promotions or scented tea sachets if you buy what they need you to buy on the advertisement. Cannot believe they have so many promotions like that. So I came in and got the jasmine milk tea in less ice and 30% sugar. The drink is really bland when it has 0% sugar. I could barely taste the tea aroma. For some reason when there is 30% sugar, you can taste the tea better. I tried the recommended 70% sugar and it was bit too sweet for me. Since I got to control my sugar levels, I have to stick to the 30% sugar level. The cup in pink is very pretty and thick quality. It is a thermal paper cup that has a thick lining. The drink in my opinion is very little inside the cup because the thick thermal lining takes up all the space. No wonder they give us small straws thinking the drink is a lot since we have to sip small amounts. Sometimes the small straw is annoying because I experienced breaks of the drink when I'm sipping it so I'm basically sipping a lot of air with the drink, which sucks. Other than that the promotions are nice but then in the end it can be a bit expensive. The drinks are very nice and pretty to hold. I love the advertisement and how they are promoting the Molly Tea girl and the all pinkness in their stores. Very attractive to a lot of people. It looks like a high end store when you see the store.

I've been religiously waiting for Molly Tea's opening, as we don't have many tea shops / boba shops in Jersey City. I always tell people that Molly Tea is my no.1 favorite in NYC, so I'm overjoyed that my prayer has been heard! This might be the most spacious Molly Tea location I've ever been, with plenty of seatings. *Snowy Jasmine 一朵茉莉花 I normally stick to the premium jasmine milk tea, but the snowy whipped cream surprised me in the best way, and I loved scooping it up with those crunchy candied pecans. *Pistachio Jasmine Coco 開心果茉莉椰 This is what I get whenever I'm in the mood for something non-milk based. The pistachio cheese foam is super generous and it blends so well with the coconut water and jasmine tea. *White Champaca Milk Tea 白蘭 I highly recommend getting this one hot, as the tea aroma comes through so much more. Very light, floral and fragrant. I got 30% sugar and less ice for my drinks. It was perfect for me but very lightly sweet. I'd say 50 - 70% sugar would be perfect for most people.

There's crazy hype here. Can't even order on the Molly Tea app, but at least you get points if you link your phone number. They're are some seats if you want to chill here. Most people seem to get it to go and there's a huge pickup stack. Workers really churning out tea here like an assembly line. I saw like 170+ orders on the board. Definitely check with staff if your order is done since it's so chaotic. I got the normal milk tea with boba. I like xing fu tang's boba more so probably just get the tea here.

The pistachio jasmine coconut drink was refreshing and well balanced, and the Snowy Jasmine had great texture with the pecans.

If texture doesn't bother you (liberal amount of black sesame!), I'd suggest getting this latte (10/10). Both pastries were great in their own right. For my second matcha of the day, this matcha was like your everyday/average matcha. Can't go wrong, but it wasn't mind-blowing. If you're in the Theatre District, I'd definitely recommend popping in for a drink & a treat!

I had seen their cute pastries online and wanted to check them out. We got the items above and a few coffees. The cakes are cute. Tho not as light and fluffy as I was expecting. I thought they'd be more like the asian bakeries we have back in SF. Not as sweet as american desserts, but it was kinda in between. The egg sandwich I really wanted to like since I've been craving one. But the it was sooo dry. Definitely needed more mayo. And the bread wasn't very fluffy either. Cute spot if you want cute desserts. Tho I think they are more geared towards posting on socials. REVIEW #3999

It's pricey, but welcome to FiDi. My one complaint is they try to upsell you. Like, I'm sure your pastry that's unique to Puerto Rico and that I've never had before is delicious, but I need to get going and I don't want to dip into my 401k for it.

Walking the streets close to my hotel I stumbled across a big PuertoRican flag infront of a…read morebusiness and I knew I wanted to check out what it was. It happened to be 787 Coffee which I have visited plenty of times on the island and enjoy. With excitement and in Spanish I tell the cashier that I was happy to come across this place as I have tried them out in PR. How is it that this "jibara" apparently from Maricao, spoke to me in broken English while I am talking to her in our native language, total fail. Anyhow, I ordered the coquito hot latte with an extra shot of rum and oat milk, fine, I paid $11 for a very small coffee. Now what I can't believe is that the quesito pastry was $8. I really wanted it but it was not until I paid that I then noticed the price. I sat to eat it while I waited for my name to be called as mentioned by the cashier. I walked around looking at everything, the music very loud and hard for people sitting to have conversations, the place is very colorful and with many PR sayings, however the place also feels very Americanized with the music and layout. I still awaited my name to be called minutes later, but nothing. I approached the cashier, who was just standing there, to ask about my coffee and she wasn't able to tell me so she asked the barista steps away from her. He pointed to a cofre sitting on their counter, it had my name, and when I pointed out that I was waiting for my name to be called, she shrugged her shoulders and smiled like she didn't care. The coffee by now was not all that hot, I never tasted any rum or coquito flavor and felt I wasted my time at this place. What's more upsetting is that I left a nice tip for a service that was not provided. They couldn't even bring the coffee ti my table once they realized it was sitting there and they forgot to call my name. You can find better service elsewhere.
