Literally the best Boba I've ever had! Let me explain their process so you get where I'm coming at: - They throw out their tea and make a new batch every 4 hours to keep everything fresh and that's when it starts to go bad, lose flavor - You can adjust everything from sugar level, ice level, boba, pudding (3 different types), ect. - They educate you on everything and are insanely knowledgeable on what they make, like, did you know that if you refrigerate your boba it causes it to go hard so you should keep your drink at room temperature instead - They keep everything as fresh as they can from using real tea instead of prepackaged portions (their matcha is the most accurate I've ever had and I've been to a TON of boba places), and they use real fruit too I could seriously go on and on but we've been going here at least 3 times a week and we definitely aren't tired of it even a little bit! Come here and you won't regret it! read more

Gong Cha - Milk foam green tea with white pearl - Bubble Tea Near Me - Cypress, Texas

Great place to get a cold drink in Texas during hot days. Multiple flavors and styles to your like.

Taro milk slush is definitely recommended, loved it. Love the decoration of the inside with the pictures they have and information they provide about the history of gong chao. read more

This was not worth the drive. My son and I had been watching a bubble tea Asian franchise review on YouTube by 2 Taiwanese guys (who know their boba!) and Googled all of them to see if miraculously we had one within driving distance. We were thrilled to find out we had 3! This was one of them so off we went. It is in the Houston outlet plaza which was a shitshow when it came to driving around and parking. Thank goodness they had designated spots or we would've had to leave. I can appreciate their extensive and very creative menu and their creme brulee milk cap had an incredible flavor but their service was not the best and the milk tea itself was bland and the pearls were not cooked well. A definite disappointment. I might have given 3 stars if I weren't treated rudely when I said I didn't need a bag for my drinks. The lady looked at me with a nasty stare and yelled at me to put them on a table and get them organized. Uncalled for in my opinion. I can figure out myself how to get them to the car and did. She was quite upset with me though. The coconut jelly tasted like 100% pineapple but the herbal jelly was pretty good. If I lived closer I probably still wouldn't come based on all these factors (parking, traffic, rudeness, bland drinks, bad boba) but definitely won't now since it is over 30 minutes away. Glad to have a better place called Kung Fu Tea on our list from the review much closer. read more

Delicious tea and friendliest staff. Good spot to cool off after a shopping trip at the outlets. read more

We ordered 5 drinks here. One of the drinks tasted horrible. I brought it to the counter to tell the lady and she told me if I wanted another drink I would have to order it. She did not care that it did not taste right. She also forgot to charge and make one other drink. when I mentioned to her we were missing a drink there was no apology or offer to make another. Horrible customer service. I will not be going back. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. It took them 20 minutes to prepare my order. I saw some of the drinks were done and I went up to get it. The cashier refuse to give it to me until all my orders were done. she literally moved the drinks from the main counter to another one so I couldn't reach for it. The drinks were paid for and she made it seem like I was trying to steal. Save your money and go to another location. They are unorganized and the cashier was rude read more

Love this place! The workers are super nice and the drinks are amazing. The place is so chill.

Refreshing drinks and extremely friendly staff. Perfect way to cool off. I tried the mango smoothie and it tasted fresh with just the right amount of sweet. Lofty contemporary interiors with lots of room for social distancing. Check out the restrooms for perfect selfie lighting! Come for the delicious drinks, stay for the relaxing atmosphere. read more

This gong cha is unique and has a very beautiful interior! Friendly staff, good drinks, has good deals (bc of soft opening and grand opening!), and is very spacious for social distancing! The owner/manager was very welcoming and made me feel welcome to this very new gong cha. read more

Went in last week on my way to work in the morning. The customer service from the young lady working was great, she was so sweet and the milk tea I ordered was SO good! Highly recommend the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Only reason keeping me from 5 stars is the managers or who I assume was the managers attitude with employees. Her disrespectful, demeaning and downright rude manner with them totally put me off. I don't think she realized I could hear her talking to them but it made me really upset that someone would feel they could speak that way to someone. read more

Really love the atmosphere. Service is great. Store is always clean (including the bathrooms). Favorite at the moment is lychee oolong tea and the flavor is spot on every time. This is a great place to study, read, do work BUT when We asked for the WiFi they said they don't offer or share it with customers which I found kind of strange. read more

Good service. Excellent drink. New and clean. Love it. Milk foam dirty brown sugar milk tea is my favorite.

I came here when they had grand opening. They were super slow which was understandable because they were just opened. But... after a month everything still hasn't changed. It took me 30 minutes to wait for 2 drinks. Really frustrated! They need more staff and be faster! read more

Best Gong Cha place , good drinks, good services, nice and clean staffs were nice and friendly

Not worth going to at all. This place is pricier than other bubble tea places. The drinks had an aftertaste. The worst part was the 30 minute wait to get my drinks- no exaggeration! Not to mention the unlimited number of people inside- some without masks. Most places have limited tables and chairs out since we are in a pandemic. Not these guys.. so many people waiting for their drinks, due to the long wait. Won't be going back here again. read more

Our experience here was horrible. Kids and I came in to get 3 drinks. Cashier acted like we were her first customer, had to repeat my drink order several times and she still got 1 of them wrong. When I asked them to remake it, they asked to see my receipt which they asked me to get out of the trash can! They said they didn't charge me for the extra toppings (even though I repeated it 3 times) but would remake it for me. Which meant ripping the lid off the wrong drink and adding in the missing toppings. The manager repeatedly spoke to me in Vietnamese even though I spoke English the entire time and gave me some glaring looks when I insisted in my drink being remade. And did I mention 3 drinks costs over $19! We will not be back again EVER! These stores are on every block now so they need to do better to gain our business! read more

Drinks are amazing! Staff has always been kind. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone, so glad we got one in the Cypress area!

Last time to come here. Long wait time every visit. Receipt shows 3:10PM. It is now 3:41PM. They are calling order number 33. Mine is number 38. read more

i've been to multiple gong cha's but this one may be one of the worst locations as of now. we got three drinks and none of them were satisfying to the tongue. the lady working cashier was curt and somewhat impolite but nothing too awful. we got a taro milk tea and a taro slush, but both were no where near a taro flavor :(. the taro slush looked and tasted like ice and the tea tasted like plain milk which still had a thick powder inside. we also got a plain milk tea which also just tasted like milk. HOWEVER to be fair it was very close to closing time so hopefully a visit earlier on in the day would have better results. 3 stars cause the interior was very clean and neat and because of the fact that i still have hope in this location. read more

saw this place when i was passing by and i knew i had to try some! i've been to gong cha in asia and this was the first time i saw one in texas lol. the interior was cute and the place was clean. i ordered a wintermelon milk tea and a taro milk slush (both with boba). the wintermelon tea is perfect and the boba is chewy and soft. on the other hand, the taro milk slush tasted more like milk than taro :( the person who was also making my drink seemed to have trouble with blending it and the drink came out a but more icy. but overall, i had a good experience! read more
