Iced Green Thai Tea and a warmed powdered sugar danish. A delicious morning treat!
    Megan W.

Enjoyed a visit to this family owned coffee stop this morning. I tried the iced Green Thai Tea - it was light and refreshing. The attendant noticed I was hesitant about the condensed milk typically added to the drink, and offered to substitute coconut milk. I appreciated her suggestion and attentiveness. The powdered sugar danish was warmed, no request needed, and quite yummy. Probably the most surprising and helpful was their table side delivery service after my order was ready. My baby and I had the best time catching up with a dear friend in this comfortable, friendly space. Looking forward to our next visit!

Medium Thai tea w/crystal boba, large Vietnamese iced coffee w/coffee jelly, everything bagel w/cream cheese, butter croissant

I was in the area and had some time to kill so I stopped in. It was a neat little shop. They had games and books available for use while dining in. There are signs that say 2 hour limit for guests. Probably because the limited space. My daughter got the Thai tea with crystal boba and a butter croissant. I didn't try them, but she was happy with them. I got the Vietnamese iced coffee with coffee jelly and an everything bagel with cream cheese. The cream cheese was an extra 75 cents, and I thought it wasn't much at first, but it was definitely plenty for one bagel. I liked the coffee. It wasn't too sweet, wasn't bitter either. The jelly was chewy and had a good flavor. The drinks we picked up at the counter when they were ready, but the food they brought to us and picked up the plates when we were done. The staff was friendly and answered some questions I had about the bagged coffee they sell.

Cute little shop! Friendly staff. The definition of a mom & pop coffee shop. with your choice of comfy chairs or a regular little table with wooden chairs. I ordered the Coffee Frappe with a blueberry muffin. quick service but i did come around 12:30 in the afternoon so i was the only customer there. will come again!

When my sons and I walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile, which was a nice first impression. We let her know we were new to the shop and asked for a few suggestions. She seemed a bit unsure and didn't really offer much guidance, so we ended up ordering what sounded good to us. One son chose a cookies and cream smoothie, my other son ordered a chai milk tea with boba, and I went with the classic milk tea with tapioca pearls. Overall, the drinks were actually good, flavorful and refreshing, just what we needed for a warm day. The ambiance was really pretty and clean. I loved the greenery throughout the space, and the music made it feel welcoming and relaxed. Service-wise, it was just okay not bad, but not memorable either. Would I go back? Maybe. The drinks and vibe might bring us in again, but I'd love a little more enthusiasm and guidance next time

When I got my drink, I was surprised to see how orange the foam was. Once I tasted it, it was not at all what I was expecting. The cheese was definitely cheddar based, kind of like an Easy Cheese can. I was expecting more like a cream cheese or cheesecake taste, similar to what they have at The Bep, especially since I saw on the menu here that they serve cream cheese waffles. It was my mistake for not asking while ordering, but the employees were very nice and understanding. They removed the foam for me quickly and with no trouble. The oolong milk tea with basil seeds and tapioca was very refreshing. My bf's green apple slushie with green apple jelly was exactly what he wanted, like a sour green apple candy but refreshing and juicy. I will definitely be coming back and order a new item.

Spiciness level was above more than what you would get any place around Houston very flavorful and the way that I like it. The Vietnamese iced coffee was just as good as any other.. I guess it was the owner that walked by smiled and waved hello as she walked from the outside to the kitchen which gave a good vibe however the cashier I guess you could call her that really gave me a negative vibe one of those like teenagers that would rather be 100 other places than here trying to help her boss at work? Anyways besides that interior had nice furniture as you can see there are two chairs painted silver outlined something that would make you feel like a king or queen if you sat in it. They were a little bit stingy with the air conditioning but at least it was a hot. Definitely would come here again because of the Bun Bo Hue.

From the moment we walked in, the vibe was calm and welcoming, the perfect spot to cool off and enjoy some quality time with my boys. My son ordered a strawberry smoothie topped with whipped cream and popping pearls at the bottom, and baby... it looked so good and tasted even better. It was creamy, refreshing, and not overly sweet -- just right. I went with a classic milk tea with boba, and that brown sugar swirl throughout the cup? So good. Smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. My other son chose a chocolatey blended drink with whipped cream and drizzle, and let's just say he finished it without coming up for air -- so that tells you everything you need to know. The boba was soft and fresh (no hard pearls over here!), and I really appreciate that you can customize the sweetness level. The menu has plenty of options too -- milk teas, smoothies, slushes, and lots of toppings -- so there's something for everybody. It's always a win when all three of my boys are happy at the same time, and this spot definitely delivered. We'll absolutely be back. If you're in Houston and craving boba, this one is worth the stop.

However, I most likely wouldn't get it again because it's not too overly special. It's good but for $8+ I'd rather order their other menu items.
