The five stars is spot on and this company is one that I recommend if you are interested in getting your roof serviced with professionalism and with great skill. I called upon Roofing Specialists (Robert), to address what appeared to be a noticeable drip down the side of my home just below the eave. It appeared to be something small and wanted to confirm this, so I turned to the pros to check this out. What appeared to be small was actually a bigger problem that was only discovered by Robert after a close examination. Cracked roof tiles allowed rainwater to drip underneath and damaged some of the wood. This, along with flashing around the chimney caused intrusions that needed repair. Everything identified was backed by actual photographs showing what was needed. After receiving the quote, work was scheduled shortly thereafter and his team arrived on time which was completed in half of a day. Throughout the repair, I receive photographs showing the problems, the work that was underway during and after it was completed. They were conscious of leaving the yard around the work area cleaned from any debris and upon completion, you could not detect anyone performed work on the roof. This company is top notch and I recommend anyone seeking their services to retain them for issues, large or small. No high-pressure efforts to do more than is needed, but will give you a good assessment of things to consider to avoid issues in the future. They are the real deal!

Chris, the owner, was straightforward, professional, and very hands-on throughout the entire project. What impressed me most was that he worked right alongside his crew every day and appeared to work just as hard as anyone on the team. The crew consistently arrived just before 7:00 AM, but never started work early out of consideration for us and our neighbors. They were dependable, communicative, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Another thing that really stood out was how clean and organized they kept the job site. At the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned the area around our home, swept the sidewalks, and carefully searched for nails and debris. Chris was also very accurate and honest with his estimates. He explained upfront that any damaged wood replacement would be additional because it's impossible to know the extent of hidden damage ahead of time. In our case, there was a significant amount of dry rot and insect damage, but all of the extra woodwork still came in well within the estimated range he had provided. The project was also completed about a day earlier than expected. As an added touch, Chris even offered to paint the fascia for us if I supplied the matching paint. Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We've worked with many contractors over the years, and this company ranks among the very best. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done.

We had removed a wood burning stove which left a hole in the ceiling and roof where the stack was located. Our home was built in the 50s and our ceiling is cedar tongue and grove. They did a fantastic job in repairing the ceiling and the roof. The shingles on the exterior repair match exactly. Unless you really look, you can't tell where the new shingles are placed. The wood for the ceiling was custom ordered to match exactly what we have on the ceiling. I still need to match up the stain and have some finish work done on the ceiling but I'm so happy with the results of the work. Brian explained the process and I felt the cost was very reasonable. He was responsive and professional in all communication. Lupe was also very responsive and so friendly. It was a pleasure to work with her as well. The roofer, Amador (no relation) was great. He was very friendly, professional and thorough. He showed up on time, respected our property and cleaned up each time he was out to do work. I highly recommend Premium Roof Services, Inc. for any roofing needs.

In Jan. 2023, I noticed the red coating that was put under the white sealer was showing through the white sealer. I notified the property manager that had contacted the work, Cabrillo Properties. After, I was contacted by a woman at McKay Roofing in El Cajon on Cuyamaca Street, lic.#428225. She said she hadn't bought the company, but had bought the crew from Renovation Roofing and sent out inspectors. I spoke with two inspectors, on site, and they determined the seal work was faulty and needed repair. Since then, Cabrillo Properties has repeatedly communicated with Renovation Roofing and McKay Roofing to have the work done. Ray Mosley of Renovation Roofing said he would send a crew to fix it, but didn't. Then he said the work had been done, but it hadn't, and still hasn't. To this day the same red, in the same places is still showing through---plus more. Both companies have had a year to resolve this, and instead they have only offered ambiguous, untrue and empty words.

We knew our current deck was very weathered and old, so this wasn't going to be a simple "replace some boards" project. He walked us through all the things that would have to be done for repair and replace the patio, being fully transparent each step of the way with full transparency on price range so we never had any surprise costs. With Enrique's recommendations we were able to pick out deck materials that were close to the original look and color of the old deck, which we wanted.
