First, he's a very easy going, "let's see what works best for you" kind of guy. He is the best club fitter I've had the pleasure of working with. He makes precise adjustments after using proper data analysis from the best analyzing equipment in Omaha. Let me just say that if you are a decent golfer, YOU NEED TO BE FITTED WITH THE RIGHT SHAFT for all clubs. Jason is a master at it! Buying the latest clubs with stock shafts will not help without superior data analysis. In short, I plan on purchasing very soon and golf USA has won my business. Nice job, Jason and team!

DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CLUBS…read more I have had nothing but bad experiences with their club building department. After multiple problems I began building clubs on my own. I recently received a gift card to the store and used some of it to purchase a new iron shaft. After waiting for over a month they told me the order from golf works was still processing. I cancelled their order and went through golf works myself. The shaft came to my house in 3 days.

Long story short I was shocked at the difference the new heads and shafts made. The numbers and feel were too much to ignore. So, I ordered them. I was so happy with the interaction with Josh and Graham that I ended up getting fitted for wedges, putter and a driver shaft. I am 100% happy with ALL of them. Absolutely nailed it with these guys and made a sizeable investment based on their knowledge and expertise in putting me in the right equipment. Planning on getting fitted for a driver head soon. I know they will give me honest feedback. A friend and former D1 golfer recommended CC to me (them being experts and not brand biased) and I'm glad he did!

There's a wide range of sporting gear and accessories including skate guards, nets, and practice goals. They have blade sharpening if you want to bring in your own skates, or they have a huge variety of hockey skates and some figure skates available to buy. Recently, I went in to look for soccer gear. I found matching adult and child soccer balls for my niece and I, and a pair of little cleats for her. They had a huge selection of kids soccer cleats and a good selection of adult ones, too. Pricing is fair, much lower than you'll find buying new and the quality of items is generally very good. The cleats were $15 for small kids cleats, and they were in great condition.

After searching around the store for a while, Rick came over to help us, and I'm incredibly glad he did. Rick was remarkably patient and genuinely committed to helping us find the right fit. My daughter tried on nearly a dozen different pairs of cleats, and Rick stayed with us through the entire process without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Anyone who has shopped for kids' cleats knows how frustrating it can get, but Rick handled everything with professionalism and kindness. After two days of searching at different places, Rick was the one who helped us finally find a pair that fit well and worked for her wide feet. The price was very competitive as well! What impressed me most was how comfortable he made the experience for my daughter. She never felt embarrassed or pressured, and Rick treated the whole situation with patience and encouragement. That kind of service is rare. Rick was absolutely fantastic. I wish more retail employees had the tolerance, patience, and customer care he showed us. Honestly, he is one of the best people I have ever had help me in any store. Dick's Sporting Goods, give that man a raise. He is the best of the best.
