This is what it looked like when they said it was "too day to golf".

Honestly, this is not a very well run establishment. The general atmosphere is rude and condescending. Most of the people that golf there are slow and don't often let you play through, but this review isn't about the players. All the employees use a tone of voice that says they think you are 'clearly' subordinate to them. Once, I was golfing there and around the third hole it began to drizzle. My friends and I decided to wait it out under the protection of some trees. After twenty minutes, just as it was clearing up, it began to downpour so we decided to make a run for our cars. We didn't even make it to the end of the course before it stopped raining completely. So it rained hard for approximately 3-4 minutes. We changed our shirts and turned around to finish our round, foolishly assuming that a sunny, mid-70's day would be perfect for golf. But after we played one hole they come and tell us they are closed. I would understand if it was still raining, or forecasted to rain later in the day, but neither of these were the case. And instead of saying "hey, sorry guys the course is just too wet to play on even though it's pretty nice out" they decide to go the condescending route and tell us to "play by the rules".... Whatever that was supposed to mean. I'm 100% sure that they closed the course because they would've rather went home on Memorial Day then do their jobs. Additionally, the course in general is poorly laid out. You have to walk a fair distance from green to tee on nearly every hole. Not to mention the cart paths are completely run down and full of potholes. If you want to have a fun relaxing day of golfing, I would highly recommend going to any other course in Omaha.

Coarse was nice except the 8 th hole the sprinklers were on from 1 pm. Left at 6 pm and they were still on. Greens very good condition.

Yes, The Knolls is a good golf course--it's a fun, challenging public course with a nice layout and good greens.

One of my favorite courses in Omaha. Not too fancy and not too difficult. The back nine is a little more spread out.

I found Net Par to be a super fun activity that shows that there is so much more to love in the Capitol District. Net Par is very upscale in terms of design and layout - I could see it being a nice place to host an event with friends or family. They don't offer food, but you're allowed to order in from outside establishments or bring your own little snacks for your event or activity there. The golf simulator had something for everyone, like actual courses from around the world for the serious golfer, ones where you can just compete with your teammates to see who can hit the farthest, and fun games similar to Candy Crush that even kids would enjoy. You don't need to be an amazing golfer to enjoy Net Par. I definitely recommend it for your next date night, group hang out, or just to go play by yourself!

There is regular golf and mini golf, each with several options. We played mini golf which was really fun! We had four people and played almost two hours. They serve drinks and you can order food from a restaurant in the district they have a connection with. It was clean and well organized with lots of separate areas for golfing. It's new so maybe not every detail has been thought about so I suggest coat hooks maybe by the bathrooms.

There's a little putting green at the front near the clubhouse for practice or mini-games, a nice concessions area inside the clubhouse, pavilions for rent, and a players shop where they sell all sorts of golf equipment and accoutrements. The course itself is super well maintained and very easily navigable, and they have golf carts you can rent to get around (a must!) It's not just a flat course, either - there are rolling hills, some water features, and small dips and valleys throughout. I am not sure if super serious golfers prefer a course with lots of different landscape features, but I did enjoy it. There is a pathway around the course to drive your cart on, though, so don't worry about driving into a ditch or anything. The carts have GPS too, so don't fret about getting lost. It was a nice day on the green the times I have went. As I said, I'm not a serious golfer myself but it was all in fun and to raise money for a good cause. If you're a golf pro, fan, or enthusiast, I'd definitely check out Eagle Hills!
