As a lefty, it is hard to find a place with inventory but they had a great selection, including a lefty used Scotty Cameron which I had to have. you know what i like? golf. you know what i don't like? the hard sell. and spending money. and people. and ... well, i don't like a lot of things, but we don't need to go in to that here and today. golfer's warehouse is a paradise if you like golf. a vast selection of anything you might need from clubs to clothes to tees at competitive prices - and no hard sell. honestly, you can find the equipment at any decent store, but you won't find the knowledgeable staff that's looking to get you the right - and not necessarily the most expensive - equipment. try out any of the club sets, drivers, woods or putters at their indoor practice areas for as long as you like without disturbance. or with a staff member standing there the whole time making recommendations, suggesting different clubs that might suit your swing better, or offering to custom fit the clubs (lengthen, shorten, change club head angle - sometimes in-house). your choice. hell, you can even try the damn clubs barefoot. i know because i have. any physical store is hard-pressed to match the interwebz these days in terms of pricing, but golfer's warehouse actually beat amazon on a recent driver purchase. they got blown out of the water on an iron set, though - beat by about 40%. nevertheless, amazon doesn't let you hit the clubs first and can't beat the satisfaction guarantee at golfer's warehouse - 90 days, total satisfaction. buy the clubs. hit them as much as you want for 90 days. if you're not happy, bring them back for a 100% store credit refund, and get a new set. that's unbeatable. read more

Awful - Rude Associates and Management Okay, where to start. I have been playing golf since I was 12, was an all star in high school and played NCAA Division 1 in college so I know my way around the golf world. I am currently a 5 handicap and play a good amount each summer and spend a good amount of money on balls, clubs, gloves etc. each year. I have gone to both the Golfers Warehouse in Braintree, MA and Cranston. The Cranston store is not as big and nice, but the Staff is WAY BETTER! The last several times that I have been in golfers warehouse braintree the only positive experience for customer service is the person at the front desk saying hello when you walk in. After that it is all down hill... the staff is not only rude but each experience I have had I realized they really don't know what they are talking about. I have custom ordered clubs here, purchased brand new drivers, irons etc. Had them install new grips, never again...which really is a shame, I used to like this place. Not sure if there is a new manager here or not but something has changed. Do yourself a favor, if you want to get fitted for clubs, go see your local PGA Professional, if you want balls or gloves, order online and get much better pricing. read more

I was here because the bf needed a new putter. I was told there would be ice cream after, so I got in the car. No ice cream. BUT about 45 minutes and 76588 practice putts later, we walked out with a new putter. There were a bunch of salesmen around to ask questions to and they were eager to help. The staff is so friendly and helpful! I love this place. They are able to help me when I come in for gifts for my son, who is an avid golfer, and gives me a written list of items he wants for gifts. All stores should take a note from these sales folks! read more

I don't think these guys know which end of the club to hold and they definitely don't know how to fit. You will "miraculously" fit into what they have in stock. Go to a demo day held by the respective rep and then order your clubs online and save some money. The days of brick & mortar stores are over. How this place has survived is a mystery! read more

Had an amazing experience there. Went in looking to spend about $1000 on a whole new set of clubs and walked out satisfied. Was expecting to be there for 30 minutes, was there for 2 hours. I walked in, told them what I was looking for and over the two hours they were able to figure out what I needed. Their facilities were great multiple simulators and areas to test out the clubs. You truly could spend an entire day in there. Highly recomend and I will be back. read more

I'm a golf novices and was having trouble hitting my 3 wood in the fairways . It was suggested to me that a hybrid club might solve my problem . Golfers Warehouse is near by so I headed over there. I told the salesperson my problem and was interested in a hybrid club , but because of my skill level I don't want to spend a boatload on a club . I was told all the hybrids were $150 and up and if I wanted a cheaper one could try the used ones , and he walked away . After trying several clubs from the bag marked hybrids I bought one . When I got home I Googled the club and found out that I'm now the proud owner of a # 5 fairway wood . Like I said I'm new at this . To make matters worse I went to their web sight and they had hybrids on sale for $99 which was within my price range . read more

The golfers ware house in Braintree has the worst customers service I have ever witnessed. I went in there to get my clubs tuned for the coming season, the attendant made it seem like they were doing me a huge favor by doing my clubs. My putter also needed regriping they told me sorry we can't fix it, this came after the fact that they had already taken off the old grip. Safe to say I will not shop in there, let alone have friends or family shop there. read more

However, I was told I couldn't swing a club for placing it on the ground and when I asked why he was extremely rude, saying I have no golf etiquette. Okay, Im going to start this review off with the fact that I'm 16 years old. I have loved golf since I first played it. I've been to many other golf shops over the years and the workers were extremely rude, but not at this store. I have worked at a restaurant and was able to buy myself a whole new set of golf equipment. I was very fortunate to had bought it all there. I was fitted for my Taylormade M1 irons, M2 Fairway Wood and Rescue with Dave; and my Taylormade M2 driver with Vincent. Both of those guys are truly amazing at what they do and I couldnt be any more lucky to be fitted with all new clubs by them. First, my father and I have done many fittings at this store with Dave. He sold and fitted me a set of M1 irons and I am so happy with this purchase. Although I had taken up so much of Vincent's time with my driver fitting, he was able to help me find the right shaft and clubhead. He fitted me for about 2 hours as we were trying to find out the best driver setup for me. I bought that driver, Taylormade M2 2017, and took it to my local golf range. I was hitting shot after shot over 260 yards and over the back fence (For my size I was very impressed and hitting it over the fence at my range was like "you must get it over or you're terrible" for people). I'm doing much better as a player thanks to those guys taking the time to help me. I honestly love this store and I will always come back for new golf equipment. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service is outstanding. If I was able to give it a 6, then I would have done that without any hesitation at all. What a great store! read more
