When I called for assistance, I was told all of the "add ons" I wanted could be purchased once they knew I actually liked the bike. This was confusing to me, and felt very dismissive. I didn't want to wait weeks for a bike to come in, bring it home, and then wait weeks for fenders and other parts to come in before I could really ride it the way I wanted to. My brother was in need of some pants and shirts for a weekend getaway. They had a great selection of Carhart clothes and of all sizes. Hard to find a large selection of sizes but they had it all.
