The fitting was great BUT DO NOT BUY CLUBS HERE! The turnaround time is very long, once you make the purchase, you cannot get in contact with them for a status update. They will sell you on the PAR program but once again, I can't get a response from the store to use these benefits. I would strongly recommend going to the PGA superstore in Braintree MA. You will save yourself weeks in turnaround as well as a few thousand dollars. They were able to take care of all my clubs within 48 hours (re-shaft, re-grips, and lie adjustments). They need to work on improving customer service. I would not recommend. read more

Significant safety concern when ball nearly hit my head at high speed from uncovered wall. Fitter had to temporarily cover that 2x2 feet hole in the screen with a loose towel after every few hits. Fitter didn't provide "build sheet" (specifics for each club) after appointment and payment. Did not respond to 2 separate emails requesting same. Had to call national center to obtain. Fitter seem more concerned with sale than customer service. Prices 2x retail with recommended shafts. Also adjusted my current putter's lie from 3.5 to 1.0 without asking. I think it was a good adjustment but I think permission should be requested prior to the adjustement. The positive part of the experience was the opportunity to try different shafts and clubs at the meeting. But overall confirmed the brands that I preferred. Post-review note: after I posted this review Matt Caprini from Customer Experience called me the same day to address all of the safety and communication issues. I appreciated Matt's responsiveness to every concern that I had. read more

Did an iron fitting with Nick Fulone. Had a great experience and am sure what we decided on ordering will improve my game. Nick was helpful, knowledgeable, and just overall a nice guy. As a business owner I've never once left a bad review for another business but feel compelled to now. Have ordered clubs/been fitted through CC a few times. Have had Bruce and he's knowledgeable and very helpful. Would give him 5 stars. My issue has been the horrible customer service. Every time I've ordered there's been minor issues like clubs not being sent to my house or not being called when they're ready for pickup. Not a big deal but still not great. I ordered clubs April 11th and was told standard is 3-5 weeks but they may be in sooner. Having had my past experiences with not being called I called 1st after 2.5 weeks. Was told no update yet. Called back a week later and this is when the CS experience got bad. Was told there was an issue getting the grips and they were out of stock until mid June. Why wasn't I called and asked if I'd like to change grips? I told the rep I don't care about the grip just give me something similar and if they're more money I'll pay the difference. I was told they can't change without consent from the builder lol. They put me through to Needham and nobody responds. I write an email to my fitter explaining the situation and no response. 24 hours later I call back and get in touch and get it taken care of. Was told everything else was ready so should have the clubs in a week. I call the following week and was told sorry my grips are on back order until mid June. I explained the situation to the CS rep and they put me through to Needham. Was told it was all taken care of and clubs will be in soon. Call back last Thursday and was told the same thing about the grips! They transfer me to Needham and was told not to worry my clubs would be in Needham on Saturday to pick up. Call Saturday and they're not in. Wait until today (Thursday) to call and am now told they're being built and will be sent out May 30th for pickup in early June. I get delays happen but the communication has been poor and consistently conflicting between headquarters and the Needham store. I probably should wait until I get my clubs to post this but will update when they come in. Either way I recommend going elsewhere read more

For a company that charges a premium for its fitting services, one would think that its customer service would set itself apart from competitors. Unfortunately, that is not the case. After getting fitted for a putter on January 15th, I was personally told by my fitter, Bruce, that my putter would likely be in sooner than the company's projection of 3-6 weeks. After nearly approaching the 6 week date (Feb 24), I sent an email asking if my putter was ready. That email went without a response for 6 days, I was told on March 2nd the order was still pending so it "was still a couple of weeks away." On April 4th, I sent an email asking for an order update and that email was not answered so I had to send ANOTHER email on April 15th asking for an update/response. On April 15, I was told the putter would be delivered "by end of next week." After receiving no updates/emails in the 'end of next week' time frame (April 22-23), I had to send yet another email asking for an update on April 27th. After receiving what I assume is an automated email on 4/28 indicating that my putter was on its way, (the tracking number link shows that it was delivered on 4/29), the Club Champion's email explicitly states "You will receive another communication when your clubs are ready to be picked up. Please allow 24 hours to receive the order and ensure your order is perfect." After hearing nothing from Bruce for 2 weeks, I sent an email on 5/13 asking if my putter was ready, since it arrived in store on 4/29. Bruce had the audacity to tell me that "its only been a few days." You have got to be kidding me. Nobody can say two weeks is 'a couple of days' with a straight face, especially in light of my need to repeatedly reach out to Bruce during the first FIVE MONTHS OF 2022! Why tell customers, who are dropping hundreds of their hard-earned discretionary dollars in your business, they can expect to receive an 'its ready for pickup' notice if you won't send one? If I hadn't email Bruce on 5/13, I seriously doubt he would've let me know it was ready. Four months for a putter is absurd and the need to continuously ask for an update is outrageous. A pathetic service experience that makes me not want the putter anymore. read more

The Needham/Boston club champion location is absolute garbage. There's literally 5 shafts to choose from for irons. Putter selection is also terrible. There's a huge hole in the wall where you hit the balls... fitters were very pushy and gave me attitude when I told them I wanted to wait on the purchase (mainly because he was a jerk). Didn't have enough time to try everything I wanted... felt rushed and stressed during the process. He just kind of threw two hybrids at me at the end... Didn't discuss blended sets.. all around bad experience. I would not pay money to get fit here it's a rip off. Huge disappointment because I'm sure not all locations are like this... but this one was terrible and kind of blew it for me. The place also smells. In response to second message below: no you actually don't have hundreds of shafts to choose from. You had like five shafts. The facility did not feel premium at all and it doesn't look like any of the pictures. Also, If I was on a budget I wouldn't have gone to club champion. I had a very good experience getting fitted for irons, a driver and a Hybrid. The inventory is great I tried lots of different combinations Nick Fulone thwas very helpful and patient. After lots of consternation I decided to just get the driver and Hybrid this was 6/19/2020 it is now 8/2/2020 and I still do not have 2 clubs?? I undo the COVID situation but 3 months I have asked to either be compensated or refunded I believe I have been more than patient the golf season in Mass is short enough I basically will only get maybe a months worth of golf with these clubs and that is if I even get them by the end of August. I will update this review when I here back from someone at Club Champion. As promised Club Champion delivered and gave a a discount Nice has been great as has all at the company can not wait to get my Irons and use my new driver. Thanks again Nick read more

Had a great experience with Nick Fulone. Long overdue for a full bag, bit the bullet and more than pleased with the results. Their tech works well, gave me a sense of how to best address what I have left as an asset in my swing. Tried three different shafts for irons and well as three different club head makers. Cannot speak highly enough about the experience and staff at Club Champion. I went in to demo some driver/shaft combos with Ted. I scheduled my fitting over the Internet and Ted was in immediate contact with me. After some warmup with my current driver, Ted started to dial in shafts that would work for me, really explaining what the different shaft/driver combos would do for me. A lot of us can be overwhelmed by the Trackman data but Ted did an awesome job of explaining what the numbers mean and what numbers I should be at. After about an hour of swings we found a great driver/shaft combo that worked for me. The place is pretty awesome, will be back for sure to get my irons dialed in. read more

Had a great experience here today (4/2/2021) with Nick for a putter fitting. With a combination of technology and him analyzing my swing I was able to try out a bunch of putters and with varying grips. He was very knowledgeable and was able to point out some things I would never have been able to discern myself and through that communication and patience it gave me the confidence to narrow my choices down. Great process very professional. Nick did an outstanding job explaining the track man numbers and finding me the best combo for my game.

Went for a fitting for a new set of irons and woods/metals. Worked with Bruce to gain insight into my swing and the best set of clubs to maximize my abilities. Tried several different shafts and club heads, settling on what promises to be the best set for me. Thoroughly enjoyed the more than 3 hours we spent--Bruce was great to work with, very engaging and knowledgeable. The ultimate test will come in a couple of weeks when the new clubs are in my hands--but his putting tips already improved my game. In Men's League the next evening, I sank two 8-footers and had nothing more than tap-ins for my other putts over 9 holes. read more

Cassandra from corporate is lying to consumers with regard to the manger of this location remarks to me concerning my club repair. The manager expressly said "We will not do warranty repair on any club we did not sell'. I told the girl at the front desk exactly when and where I bought the club and at no point did she explain to me what the warranty process was or that I was going to be charged. Learn to do you job right or find another job girl at the front desk. The manager keep saying Amazon.com was not a authorized seller which TaylorMade customer said was incorrect. This business handled this situation wrong in so many ways. Do not give this location any of your business is TaylorMades suggestion to me. DONE read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Terribly overpriced, and customer service is awful. Brought in a set of irons to be put together and by the time they ordered the shafts and it was completed, it took close to two months. Then I thought I would give them another shot, so I shipped them another head with instructions on what shaft I would like ordered. It was in their possession for over a week and they never even called to acknowledge it was received. I showed up in person to ask (1 hr drive) and it was sitting behind the desk unopened. Don't waste your time here, better off going to cool clubs as they will fit you for a lower cost and you can try everything outside. read more

They missed up my appointment (and admitted it) wasting 2 hours of travel time and 3 hours set aside but would do nothing to rectify the situation.
