Amazing deals on the clearance racks with an attractive and diverse selection as well...The $23.97 Under Armour compression HeatGear fabric capri with the four-way stretch build and anti-odor technology was irresistible. It came in a gorgeous and bold print. Prices ending up in .x3 or .x7 are in clearance. The team leader, associates Joyce and Shayleigh gave an exceptional customer experience: They matched a promotional price on their website in store with a smile. Joyce helped me kindly find the deals I pre-selected on their website beforehand. Thus, I could try them in store. Joyce was truly knowledgeable on the technical properties of products. I will definitely come back to get fitness gear. Please remember to get points with the free loyalty program "Scorecard", monitor their weekly deals in your inbox, etc. It was easy and free to park on their parking lot. This location has been applying their great return policy. You will have 90 days to return most unused items. This store was located on the opposite side of a BJ's.

Played a fantastic round this past Sunday (7/3) morning on Lakeside (fantastic for me because I…read morefired up a 78). I can say with all honesty that the course is back to its original greatness. I actually booked the tee time from seeing other current Yelp reviews. I was speaking with the ranger prior to playing, and he relayed that they got a new heads groundskeeper. Well kudos to both him and his staff. Both the fairways and greens were really lush, albeit a touch slow for my liking, but really good, nonetheless. The new tee boxes, especially on the par 3 hole #8 are going to look awesome when they're fully grown. All of us were most pleasantly surprised with how lush the course was, and as a budget conscious golfer their greens fees are more than reasonable compared to other courses in the area. I also like the fact that the guys in the pro shop appreciate your business and act as if they're happy you chose to play their track. So, feel free as we did to add them back to your course rotation, actually scratch that. With reviews like mine and a few others like it, it's going to get tougher to get that Sunday mid-morning tee time...

Unfortunately, the beverage cart service was terrible. When the drink cart finally reached our area, the attendant had already run out of beverages before getting to our group. She told us she was going to refill and come back, but she never returned for the rest of our round. As a result, I only had one beverage the entire day despite trying to get more multiple times. On a hot day, this isn't just an inconvenience--it's a health and safety issue. Better planning and more reliable beverage cart service are needed. I enjoy golfing, but this experience really took away from the day, and I'll think twice before coming back.

The staff is so helpful and patient - From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and a true sense that the staff want to know how they can help. My most recent trip I had the privilege to work with Anne who brought me a variety of shoes and listened to my feedback. As they always do, she also had me walk in the shoes so she could assess my gait and how my leg looked walking in the shoes. The staff often consult one another and have another set of eyes and can tell just by squatting down to watch you walk that certain shoes are better than others. While the prices may seem high, the truth is that high quality shoes are just expensive and PR Running is competitively priced with the manufacturer websites. They also almost always have a sale rack where you can sometimes find your size! I have been buying shoes here for over ten years! I love to support this small business and hope they continue to thrive in a world of online shopping and big box stores.

Even though they were all helping other customers, each person made the effort to greet me and let me know they'd be with me shortly, which I really appreciated. I had the chance to work with Rich, and he was fantastic! He pulled up a chair so we could talk about my running goals and then did a gait assessment to better understand my stride and foot type. Based on that, he selected a shoe for me to try, then had me go outside for a quick jog so he could make sure it was the right fit. I really liked how he kept my running goals in mind while also making sure the shoes worked for my feet specifically. I left the store with a perfect pair of running shoes and couldn't be more excited to continue my running journey with the right support under my feet. Highly recommend PR Running to anyone looking for knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, and a personalized experience!

I went to Ski Barn mid season to find used skis for my 14 year old son. We walked into Dave & Paul…read moreworking the store. At first I was a little hesitant because I don't know much about skis and didn't want to be sold something we didn't need. The skis we brought in were purchased at a ski swap earlier this year; they were pretty tired and started to splinter at the tips. Dave & Paul explained the skis were good for someone at some point; not for my son at his skill level and usage. Dave helped us find a pair of new skis that would work best for my son for many season. Dave didn't pick the most expensive pair he explained why he chose the pair he did for my son. We got to talking; turns out Dave lives close to my house-he offered to drop the skis off once he put the binding on them. It turns out he put the bindings on right then and there; it was appreciated. I didn't feel 'had' or pressured to buy anything. I read the reviewer with the online purchase. I can understand why a local store like Ski Barn would be put off by online items; skis are an in person purchase but no one likes to feel bad when going into a store. To that I would state; these guys are confident and know what they are talking about. Maybe confidence was confused/felt like pressure or picking. To anyone going to Ski Barn I suggest- LISTENING. Everyone wants to know everything about everything but let the experts like Dave and Paul explain things to you. Seems like a place they want your return business not the one time sale. We will be back for all our equipment needs.

When I followed up with a few…read morequestions about the bindings, the response came quickly, which was great, but it felt unnecessarily snarky and condescending. That kind of tone really soured the experience. Additionally, I compared prices for my specific ski and binding model and found better deals at other reputable retailers like evo and Backcountry.com. If you're looking for the best value and more friendly support, I'd recommend shopping around before choosing this retailer.
