So, I went to pay my item and was very quiet at the checkout and noticed that my receipt had the items at $9.99. But, I remembered it was $8.99 on the shelve! I went to Customer Service and pointed the discrepancy and showed her the photo I took to verify the amount! She was friendly and quickly gave me the difference plus tax! BOTTOM LINE.....everyone should always check their receipts even though the shelve says one amount, scanning might be higher! Know what your buying and it's cost! We then found out that there was a Pure Hockey store right next to the hotel. As a hockey fan myself and my son as a hockey player as well as a hockey referee, we of course got to visit this store. We already visited both Pure Hockey stores in Washington, so we would love to see a Pure Hockey store in Massachusetts. The exterior of the store made us once question if it was actually a store. From the exterior, it looked more like a warehouse. We saw people with kids walking out of the store, so we entered to check out the store. The store was huge, compared with the size of Washington stores. When we were there, we saw many good deals. They had a very complete selection of hockey gear. The staff were very friendly and offered us help. Because we would be flying back to Seattle soon, we couldn't buy everything we wanted. We only purchased some small items such as sweatshirts and pucks. Maybe next time if my son is coming to Boston for college, we would be coming here to update his hockey gear.

It's remodeled unlike any of the other Famous Footwear locations, for the better. I really enjoyed the deep red design in the median of the store and the lighting. I was disappointed that there were only many benches to try on shoes in the median of the store, as other Famous Footwear locations have 'try-on' benches throughout the store, and many more of them. The shoe selection was ok, even though the store was new, they were missing an unexplainable amount of sizes, but I still found something I liked. Plus, the store was extremely organized, clean and content. I may be returning. 4 stars.

He was very knowledgeable on the parts and did a thorough job describing everything as part of the free inspection and quote. The higher end tuning service was a bit on the pricer side but it took care a lot of the major maintenance items so I think it was worth it. It took about 2 weeks for the parts to arrive and for the service to be completed. Bike was operating like new when I got it back.

Landry's of Braintree is a Specialized dealer and has given me a slow run-around about getting Specialized to honor their warrantee. The control wire attached to the handlebars broke and it's been weeks since I have heard from Ian or Mike the manager about fixing it. We're talking about a $7,000 bike here and a very small fix. I'd would suggest another dealer like The Bike Barn in Whitman to service your ebike.
