Yes, I did a hilly walk later that day, and ran yesterday, but the foundational soreness is 100% due to whatever magical land I stepped into Saturday morning for the special St Baddie's Day event where I had so much fun I didn't care I didn't know what the hell I was doing and didn't notice I was getting my ass worked. I run alot, I ran the LA marathon a couple weeks ago, and have been wanting to activate my glutes and hamstrings more and this class did it. The best part is it's super accessible. It you want to get worked hard you can, if you need a more chill workout, that's awesome too. I def stepped out of my comfort zone but I almost forgot I was in SoCal bc the group was so non-pretentious and welcoming. I'm a little in my happy feels about it. I chickened out and ghosted at the very end started getting paranoid my horrific dance moves would end up on social media and needed to leave anyway, but wow what an incredible environment.
