The spot is in the newly renovated shops across from Town Center that was formerly a Bed Bath and Beyond. The store will be in a strip with Trader Joe's soon to open next month and ABC liquors. No issues with parking at this point. The new store opened this week with Grand Opening this weekend, the kick off at 9 AM Friday will give 100 lucky customers gift cards worth up to $500. Through the weekend there will be fun with closest to the pin contest to win prizes. I was greeted by an army of friendly staff eager to help. Staff explained the layout of the store. Men's merchandise to the left, women to the right. The performance center is in the rear where you can practice your drive with interactive screens. They also have a designated pro's room that customers can hire. The displays were magnificently laid out. All the major golf brands are represented. They have everything and anything a golfer could dream of wanting including a pro shop for service including grips. I plan to come back this weekend with more time and hope to score on a few prizes too! Every single staff I ran across engaged me in a helpful way. Expect Golf Galaxy to be a force in Virginia Beach.

Also leaves were just inside the door. My son absolutely loves their products and wanted new shorts. Since he is hard to size with being so thin it's never easy. A staffer did approach me to assist which was really great! But that's where their service sunk to a new low level. With three to four staff in the store I would have expected help. Especially when I asked a few times on specific sizing. The young staff did nothing except congregate and chat. At one point customers they knew came in and more chat!!! No help for me so I left. I have given this store so many tries. It's super convenient to my home and I keep coming back to only get abused again. No more. I will not give them a 2 because the store was overall neat and branded products are fantastic! But that's where it ends. Service is a big fat 0.

I have probably shopped with my kids around a dozen times. So I will compile experiences which are similar. The styles and designs are for a younger demographic that is a slimmer weight. They have athletic and dressier items. The company roots are in athletic clothing. The products are approximately 90% women, 10% men. So I'm out on the skimmer category. But really any age can enjoy their clothing. They are pricey, make no mistake. A single legging for ladies runs in the $100 neighborhood. For men the same with pants. They do have a sales rack to check. It's often slim pickings. Service 100% always 5 star. The staff is trained well and will bend over backwards to be helpful to customers. Also always super friendly and attentive. I have to admit they are trained to sell too! So you may be browsing and make a purchase. The store is always 100% 5 star clean and organized. The staff has very tight control over the the tidiness of the floor, changing area and checkout. Products and quality always 100% 5 star. LuLulemon makes it a company policy to bring quality to what they make. They also stand begins with a unheard of return policy of no receipt required and limited warranty period. Who else does this? Well I can't name another clothing retailer. My scorecard is a perfect 5 and of course we will continue to shop this clothing chain.

I would recommend giving them a try, especially if you are in the area any way. They may have limitations on sizing/styles, but the customer service makes up for it.
