Let me first off say look at the pics I took, it is a beautiful course. I was very impressed that the base can support and maintain something this nice. At the same time our men and women in the military deserve it and much more. Upon walking up to the entrance I did notice that power washing was needed on the white brick as it was turning light green with run off from above trees. Lobby had nice carpeting and paint on the wall that was presentable. The Pro area was nice and appears they have what you need. A sale was going on to close out many items at cost. The concessions area was HUGE and had a TV. An outdoor eating area was right off the inside concessions area. They were serving a lunch buffet on this day. Men's room had a foul odor and badly needed updating with some medal areas rusting. They do offer a driving range with around 10-12 spaces. Parking at the facility is tight when busy. I would love to come back and play the course with it beautiful rolling hills, big trees that hang over the fairways and well manicured greens. Good job Eagle Haven maintenance crew.

This day was a bit chilly and couldn't stay out there long however, the time I did have was lovely reminding me of how cool of a club house it is on top of a wonderful golf course I really enjoyed playing. Pound for Pound (without being able to play on private courses), this one is probably my favorite to play in the area. I do feel the clubhouse is a bit outdated but it does capture the essence of a true "golfclub" vibe you would expect from a traditional club. You clearly see the local members enjoying their time for lunch or turning the nine. I have tried a few items as far as food and wouldn't say it's amazing. it does the trick for fuel but nothing over the top. Haven't tried dinner so I can't speak on that but they do have a full bar. Of course it is on the pricy side as usual for clubhouses but it wasn't terrible. The pro shop did have a goof feel to it and layout with lots of items you could purchase. Overall, I love the golf course and facility that is kept in good shape however I do feel the clubhouse and vibe, although traditional in nature, could use a little "sprucing up" as it does feel dated but... a lot of times, that is what traditional golfers want to remember and not change up. If you like that vibe with the wood lockers, dark green, traditional vibe, this place is perfect. As far as the golf course, condition, and layout, this is a must try course if you haven't. Prices are much more reasonable after a certain time but witih all courses and prices, you are going to pay no matter where you go unfortunatley. Very enjoyable place you would probably keep on your radar for play if you can afford it.

I thought they could have done a little maintenance since it was closed down during the Covid-19 pandemic The person checking us in was not real friendly at all. It seemed like we were bothering her. Easy to check in. You pay. You get a coin. You go over to the ball machines. Put your coin in and you get whatever ball color you want. The staff gives you the clubs. The courses are pretty interesting. That part is great. Difficulty was pretty cool. Medium level. The courses were a bit dirty. Bits of debris could have been blown off with a leaf blower. The carpet on one course had a root stopping the ball from going through the hole. One course we lost our ball in the woods into a river (Hole 5) they should have a net to prevent this. So long story short. If they hired a new staff instead of that girl. Cleaned their courses. And did a little maintenance I will give it a 4 star. They had 36 holes but the girl said we could not do all of them at that time it was not available. I think we should have gotten a coupon for a return because we wanted to do all 36 holes. Prices for 36 was great but not for the 18 holes.

On Sunday August 2nd 2020 at approx 0800, the course folks allowed a 5 some walking and all employees of the course (or so they said) go in front of everyone, they had no one in front of them, and they refused to let a 2some play through. They had no golf etiquette at all. Very slow and very poor players. the course was backing up badly. with 3 groups behind us and all waiting on the 5some. The course is lacking care the greens are not cut properly and very bumpy the course lacks upkeep. Perhaps the employees should be working and not playing golf!!!!!!!

It's only a 9 hole course,…read morebut they normally have the blue and white tees in different enough locations to keep it interesting if you want to play 18 by going through it twice and switching tees. 6 out of the 9 holes are par 3, including the first hole that is no more than 100 yards. You get most everything on this course that you would want to train to go up to a full size course. Dog leg par 4's, a 200 yard par 3, a green nearly completely surrounded by sand, and a hole that requires you to shoot over water. I shoot in the high 90s on regular courses, so this one is my favorite in the area. I don't give it 5 stars only because I'm not sure how well it would suit a low handicap golfer.

The employees in the evening seem to be super knowledgeable and accommodating. There's a playground there, however just recently it's been cut off from the public. This is a review of the Indian Lakes FOUNDATION pool, not the Association pool…read more Good pool. It has gone through some changes in the last couple of years. It was closed during the COVID time, then they renovated in the off-season, which stretched into the following year. The deck was resealed, and the pool liner was repaired. Subsequently, they were 'unable' to hire a lifeguard company due to it being 'too late in the season', and the pool remained closed. We are fortunate to have access to the military recreation facilities, so we were able to enjoy swimming outdoors in the summer elsewhere. The HOA fees which pay for the pool, were not prorated. All that being said, the pool is clean, and the lifeguards have been good over the last two years. A good number of chaise lounges and chairs are available both in the sun and the covered area. The pool management company seems to hire a lot of foreign exchange students from Eastern Europe. The association is a little pricey for guest passes. The pool management hardly enforces the 'no food in the pool area' policy. I would give the pool management a 2 1/2 star review, but the pool itself 4 stars.

Main parking lot fills quickly and can be tight to navigate leading up to game times; there's a gravel driveway near the far left field that leads to an ancillary lot with 10 more spaces. Look for the dumpster. They offer 5 ball fields in total: 1 "major" level field with metal fencing and full protective netting, 1 "minor/coach pitch" level field with extended metal fencing and 3 other "minor/coach pitch" level field with sparse metal fencing. Each has their own scoreboard and announcer boxes; the snack bar is tucked beneath the third field's announcer box. Sadly, the PA system for the third field was mostly inaudible buzzing and 100% HORRIBLE, as if it were from radio shack or Montgomery Wards in 1970. It's your child's big moment to be introduced/announced but the sound is worse than a broken drive through system. #Fail. I'm no conspiracy theorist but there was a weird working vs non-working audio correlation depending on which team required the announcement, not in our team's favor! As for field playing conditions: lines were chalked, grass was cut, infield was fairly raked and an orange temporary fence was installed to reduce the outfield boundary. The dugouts were the usual caves with a long wooden bench for ball players. There are metal bleachers for spectators but beware of the off-field lack of shade; there's nowhere to hide from the sun. Also, there are no playgrounds or buffer spaces for non-player children!

They have some really vivid artwork on the walls and if you want, you can put on your 3-D glasses to have the 3-D effect pop out. However, I will have to say I was super surprised that I was charged $66.30 for an adult, a 14-year-old (charged as an adult, child are 3-12), and 9 years old, and do not offer military discounts either. I was hoping this could be a location we could frequent and not having to go to the beach, but at that price I just can't see it.
