It's a two story and…read morevery wide I went in just honesty asking what is this place from the get-go it's dark inside with dimly lit glow light bulbs that give off a kind of VIP room country club vibe I was assuming it was some type of indoor topgolf cuz of the name and the sheer size of the building but I was surprised to learn that it's actually so big because it has 50 different bays basically like wide booths that hold golf simulators with impact screens . Which I am a golfer and that's you know admittedly kind of cool as he's telling me the computer searches through your backswing your Arc of angle ranging finding the ball but none of this technology is new at all in fact it's quite old they used to have it at the old golfsmiths which is now golf Galaxy that was free to use it was part of their sales pitch you go up there and tee up and hit a few the ball smacks the screen and the screen has sensors behind I believe and the guy would tell you all you need is this club.. but it was funny and cool back in 2001 . Now I'm sure picture quality and computerization of your swing and tracking the motion of your follow through by computers is pretty cool but only to very avdvid golf enthusiasts. I mean after getting the grand tour. I was like come on really??? Look most people who live and breathe golf love to go play the course be outside clear their head find your strengths and weaknesses on the course and make mental adjustments I don't know anybody who would go in on the regular to critique his golf swing on a simulated Booth with a glorified projector screen it just doesn't make much sense to me in a business aspect until I found out how much they were charging for each Booth it's $50 an hour for each booth and booths on second story or $75 an hour then there are little lockers to put your stuff kind of like lifetime fitness it's all very dark marble there's a VIP room at the top and a bar at the bottom and I'm like just so very confused when I went in there they have retail golf clothes and equipment for sale . I only saw employees there and they were nice . They all were dressed like they I could actually go play a round of golf dress shirt tucked in khakis. But they were not on a course where that etiquette is mandatory they were inside in their own little VIP Overpriced virtual driving range that all ..

Recently wrecked my golf cart after passing out unconscious from a medical condition while playing golf. GOD was certainly there to save me as I bled out 5 pints of blood, and broke several ribs durung my crash before being air lifted to a trama center downtown Austin. 2 Lessons clearly learned: (1) Listen to your doctor. My doc had told me to not play any more golf while he was treating me for a wound ulcer on my lower left leg. Of course I wanted to go hit balls and ignored his advice. (2) My cart was wrecked and needed 7 weeks of healing/repairs from my wreck. Kurt Selfridge and his team at the GOLF CART ZONE took my cart, did the great job with the repairs needed. We purchased a golf cart 1 year ago. Great service and great price. Approx 2 weeks later found out from our country club couldn't have the color of our cart on the course. Golf cart zone reprinted for free! Now a year later one of my sons friend took the cart for a "joy" ride and bent the frame...yikes! Called golf cart zone and they repaired the cart like new at a reasonable price. I would refer and also buy my next cart from them,,, Great customer service guys! read more

Our golf cart was delivered to Kentucky instead of South Carolina and didn't arrive until October 4, even though it was originally scheduled for September 27. There was no clear communication about the delay -- we had to reach out multiple times just to get basic updates. When the cart finally arrived, it was missing the charger, which meant our 4-year-old daughter couldn't use it for the homecoming parade, and we couldn't use it for our business during the homecoming game. We were told the correct charger would arrive the morning of October 18, but we never received a tracking number. We called and texted several times that day and got no response. After messaging the company about leaving a review, someone finally contacted us on Monday. The representative we spoke with was dismissive and more focused on telling us not to be upset than on resolving the issue. She said she would have the manager contact us and that she needed to "go find" the tracking number for the charger we still hadn't received. She also told us we "needed to trust her," despite the company's repeated lack of follow-through and transparency. We never received a call from the manager, nor did we get a valid tracking number. Later, the same representative claimed to have resent the charger and asked for our address again. The tracking number she eventually provided showed the package was delivered to a different city, and we still don't know if that package was even the correct charger. To make matters worse, the company sent us an Amazon link for a charger that wasn't even made for a Kandi Kruiser, which is the model we purchased. Authentic Kandi Kruisers are supposed to ship with all original parts, including the charger and front basket (which we also never received). For comparison, the same model sold at Lowe's comes complete in a sealed kit with branded components. At this point, we believe Golf Carts ATX may be engaging in questionable or potentially fraudulent business practices. They've already been paid by the finance company, leaving us with an incomplete and barely usable product. We've since had to purchase our own charger out of pocket, and we still haven't heard from the manager to this day. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and want to strongly encourage others to do their research before purchasing from this company. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism has been completely unacceptable.

After a couple phone calls this week I was informed they were only servicing carts that had been purchased at their facility and were understaffed and behind schedule. Why would they have not been proactive in making me aware of this? Poor management, unrealistic promises and in my opinion negligible communication. Never and I mean never will they ever receive a dollar of my business. Avoidance is the cautionary word of the day.
