Purchased a new Evolution D5 Maverick Plus from Jake on 10/25. Jake was absolutely amazing to work with! He answered all of my questions very quickly and was very fast to respond back with phone call responses. He went above and beyond and as someone who has been in sales for better than 20 years I know what good looks like and Jake is better! I truly cannot thank him enough for getting the cart out to me early when my family was in town to enjoy it for a birthday weekend. I cannot personally recommend Cart Zone or Jake enough! I know I am not his only customer but he definitely made me feel as though I was! read more

I know it has only been a few days but we absolutely LOVE the golf cart we bought from them. Their delivery service was prompt and friendly also. We live so far away that we figured they wouldn't deliver here but they did! Thank you again, Golf Cart Zone, for making this such a fantastic experience for us! read more

They took my reservation and seemed nice enough but then forgot about it so they had nothing for me when the time came.

Bought a refurbished golf cart from these guys a little under two years ago. Called more than a half a dozen times to try and get service. Was told they would call me back to schedule repeatedly. Set a date for pick up more than once and never showed up. I'd try someone else. read more

I read the outstanding reviews and was eager to do business with them. We walked by 2 young men working on carts, made eye contact, said hello, etc. Assuming one of the young men would let a salesman know we were here and because of Covid, we chose to not go inside, and began walking around and seeing what they had to offer. Walked, looked, poked, prodded for about 10-12 minutes. No one came out to greet us or ask if we needed help. We chose to leave, but not before letting the young men know that they lost a double dipper sale. One apologized and said they were busy. We were planning on buying 2...one for us and one for our daughter/family for Christmas. We went to Kenfield Golf Cars and gave them our business. Please read my reviews on their page. read more

Excellent costumer service every step of the way. I could not have been happier with everything they provided to us, they were extremely helpful with our golf cart rental. Definitely will be using them again! read more

Everyone here is so helpful and friendly. A major help as I've restored my older Club Car. Don't bother going anywhere else.

Scotty answered the phone (15 min after closing) & stayed oped for me to come look at a cart. I bought the cart and I am REALLY happy.

These guys rock!! I brought them my out-dated 08 club car to get re-done and they totally transformed it. Kept me completely informed about the progress, kept me within my budget and really went beyond my expectation. There should be no hesitation about contacting this business. I will definitely be back... already thinking about updating my stereo system!! read more

Just took delivery yesterday on my brand new Club Car Onward cart. I can't say enough about The Cart Zone. Everyone from Christian, our initial contact, to Kurt who priced out my cart, to Scotty finalized the deal and delivered my cart were absolutely the best. They were truly there to make my new cart something special. I was told that my cart would be delivered either Tuesday or Wednesday. I told Scotty that I had a 4:45pm tee time on Tuesday and it would be great to have it by then. After some poking by Scotty that it would be on Tuesday but by 6:00pm, I took delivery with three hours to spare for my tee time. These guys knocked it out of the park and I have gotten bunches of compliments on my new cart. Up to this point, I received little or no consumer interaction with two other area golf cart dealers so it was a breath of fresh air to meet Scotty, Christian and Kurt. Club Car is rated as the number one cart manufacturer by Consumer Digest and The Cart Zone is number one on my list. read more

Discontinued enclosures for older golf cart models are not easy to find... Until you get ahold of Anna at Golf Cart Zone! I had looked at multiple online sources, and even called around to each golf cart related vendors in North Austin, and couldn't come up with nothing! Just had to send a couple of pictures and take a few measurements, and before I knew it Anna had the exact enclosure ordered. The whole process was a great experience, and was surprisingly all done through email, so I can only imagine how much better it would be in person. Their willingness to work with me from the first moment I contacted them was a true breath of fresh air. Highly recommended! read more

These people are super easy to work with and have excellent condition/priced used carts or they can build the super golf cart of your dreams. The cart of my dreams was a used 6 seater that Scotty quickly helped me pick out and buy. Anna at the front is courteous and easy to work with as well. And of course, Dennis rocks! Thanks guys for an easy purchase. read more

This entire operation is as professional as they come. Every employee is friendly and eager to ensure you're happy. They've done a lot of work on a cart I rebuilt myself and without their help and expertise, my cart wouldn't run as great as it does. Thanks to the entire team at GCZ for all you've done (and will most likely continue to do). Y'all rock! read more

Picked up my golf cart a few weeks ago and every time I call to check in I'm told they will call me back. Weeks later I still don't know a thing about the status of my golf cart. The guy answering the phone sounds like he's high, and tells me he'll find out what's going on. He calls back and starts talking about a list of things unrelated to why the golf cart was there in the first place. I told them I'm done and would have someone pick up the golf cart. They charged me $70 despite not even looking at it. Go somewhere else. read more

Great Service and Great People. Everyone is helpful--everyone. Even my 16 year old son commented on it. Aaron, Scotty and Anna take care of you. No pushy sales people, no pressure at all. They listen to the customer, and answer everything thoroughly, and the Price is right. I live over 60 miles away, and past two other cart shops on my way the 'Zone", because of the great prices and the way they work with you. They really work hard to make the customer happy. Active and Retired Military and First Responders, take your business here because they offer extra incentive in appreciation for your service. I will always do business with Golf Cart Zone, and highly recommend you do as well. read more

Golf Cart Zone has been top notch. They gave me a great deal on an EZ GO golf cart. They had a wide selection and were not pushy at all during my time trying to decide on a cart. Also, they have been extremely attentive to any issues I have had since purchasing the cart and have bent over backwards to make sure I am satisfied and the cart works as it is supposed to. I highly recommend Golf Cart Zone to anyone looking for a new or used golf cart. read more
