Reserved a time slot, the business failed to uphold the reservation. I was given no information and the employee informed me to take it up with the app they sell the time slots on. Zero empathy for time wasted. I had to take it up with my bank to dispute charges. Overall disappointing experience. I have been to this facility and used the app multiple times without issue. Now that the weather is not ideal for real golf, they chose to blame the app. But the true reason for not upholding the reservation is due to what they are charging at the counter vs the app. I pay less so they sold my time slot and told me to kick rocks. read more

I'm a beginner and wanted to get a few lessons to correct some of my bad habits. This is my first time using track man and also my first ever lesson. I registered on the website for an hour session with Cory on a Thursday when it wasn't busy. Cory did a fantastic job! He understood I was a beginner and didn't make me feel like an idiot. He explained technics in ways that I could understand. With the track man system it takes a video of you every single swing. It was nice that even if my 1 hour session was a little over he still spent that extra time so I felt comfortable when I left each session. He had me sign up for my second session and that's when I noticed a big improvement. I'm Yes the training sessions are a little pricey but this was a A+ experience and will improve my golf game tremendously. I highly recommend Cory if you are interested in lessons. read more

I came in for my bachelor party, and Brian took care of everything for us. We had 18 guys, 5 simulators, BYOB. Couldn't be more ideal. Brian and I had constant communication, he wanted to know if we needed food or booze, was willing to pick it up for us. We ultimately brought our own stuff, but very nice of him to offer. A couple of buddies of mine were getting lessons/advice from one of the instructors. Just an overall great time for any golfer. read more

Giving Rok Golf 5 stars for several reasons: 1. The Rok Staff is a solid group. Not just good guys, they are on the forefront of how technology can improve your golfing experience. 2. Very nice, clean, indoor facility that utilizes the latest in technology with Trackman. 3. Trackman enables you to have quality practices or simulated games. There's a reason why you see Trackman devices next to the pros when they warm up. It gives you more robust feedback as compared to just seeing the ball flight or feeling the strike. There's a wide variety of activities that you can use with Trackman. My favorite is the on-course practice which allows you to warm up on a hole with a real (well simulated) target. I also love playing PGA courses as well. The graphics are amazing. 4. You use real, high quality balls as compared to beat up range balls. You name the brand or model, and they have your balls. 5. Accessible location with ample parking. The overall Rok Golf experience is really optimized. There's no long walk from your car to the club house, and then cart ride to the first hole. What a great concept! Hone your golf skills with leading edge technology that once only the pros had access to and do it under the guidance of great and personable staff. This is a legit operation and everyone there is eager to make you feel welcome and help when you need it. Stop wasting time at a driving range, bashing balls, and accomplishing nothing. I went a few days ago and worked out what it a true inside-out swing feels like. In 35 minutes I went from swinging a path that was 10.5 degrees inside to getting to 1-3 degrees outside. It was awesome and now I can see what I'm doing wrong and correct it. Now I can actually feel what the correct swing is, but more importantly feel when I'm not doing it. That is something that, for me, was so hard to get out on a driving range (and I spent a lot of time "range grinding...") I'm fairly certain that an hour in that hitting bay was more beneficial than years on a driving range. There really isn't a substitute for what ROK Golf offers everyday golfers. They've got Trackman launch monitors and hitting bays -play a round on a virtual course in under an hour or go all out on an intense training session and choose what you want to work on that day. Want to see what your distances are like with a Pro-V1 vs a TP-5? Now you can with tour-proven accuracy. Testing shafts? You can geek out and finally see what matters for your swing. It's all about reps and making them count and now you can get ridiculously accurate feedback with video replay. Also, my swings were recorded and sent to my email so I can see what I did in each individual swing. ROK Golf strikes a great balance of offering teaching advice yet still letting people feel welcome and not burdened by not feeling like someone is trying to sell them something. They're not trying to get you to buy a set of clubs from them. They're trying to get you to be a better golfer and have more fun where it matters - on the course shooting what you want to shoot, or being a better ball-striker, or maybe stop slicing so damn much (that's for me). This place checks every box for me - I'm sold and got a membership that day. The golf instructors at ROK are the real deal, and their drills, fixes, and feedback have transformed my game much faster than I believed possible. Came to Rok having tried the other indoor training places and had gotten further lost in my game. I'm now an addict, have gone from trying get around the course with half a dozen balls to back to shooting low 80's. The system has a few glitches but the combination of practice modes and course simulation is awesome and stops me ever getting bored. The tournament they run are also a great way to see the courses from the only true perspective. read more

20/10 - First time coming in to this facility, and it is absolute class! Of course the "track man" name speaks for its self. You're going to get immediate quantifiable data that you can take to the course. I was a little intimidated at first, not going to lie. I've been golfing for a year and a half, and I've never had anything outside YouTube lesson. Brian introduced himself and made sure I was comfortable on the software. Long story short, ended up staying here for 2hrs getting dialed in and talking swing mechanics. Wasn't there to sell me clubs, just translate swing data and help you maximize your game. The analysis program works consistently without missed shots, etc. The staff is top notch, Gerald gave us our lesson and is very good at knowing where to start and how much to take on at a time. lessons combined with practice time while keeping track of your data and seeing what these changes do to your swing and ball flight outcome is invaluable.
