The greens are in excellent condition--honestly better than expected. It was pretty empty since it was New Year's, which made the round even more enjoyable. I used my new push cart and had plenty of space to play comfortably. Rates are very affordable, making it easy to come out often without breaking the bank. There's no clubhouse or fancy bar, so don't expect luxury--just bring your own water or energy drink and you're set. This place is all about golf, not extras. Overall, this is one of the best spots for beginners or casual players who want a relaxed environment to learn and improve. We even called the golf shop during the round to ask about the pace, and were basically told there wasn't anything they could do about it. It seemed like the course was very understaffed -- one person was trying to run the golf shop while also cleaning carts, so there was really no one available to be out on the course helping manage pace. On top of that, the snack bar area was closed at around 2 PM, so there was no option to grab food or drinks during the round. The course itself is fine -- nothing terrible, but nothing special either. It's a pretty average muni layout. The bigger issue was everything around the golf itself. Basic things you expect at a course like pace management, food/drink availability, and overall staffing just weren't there, and it took away from the entire experience.

I'm not a big hitter but the course played pretty short for me. Paired with an older gentleman who knew the course and he was pretty awesome while I stunk it up pretty good. I felt I should be carrying his bag for him. For me, the course was a bit tight in spots. I found it all too easy to hit into the trees and junk by my ball rolling out or just hitting some 'loose' shots. The greens looked slow and fluffy, but they rolled fast with breaks I had a hard time seeing. I think I did set a record by finishing in less than 4 hours out here. In general, the course was in good shape with some repairs on-going. I had a fun time out there spent with good company. I'd slot this a bit behind Mo Willy/Clay/Kizer.

They have been kind and friendly. The course is fine to me, kept clean and mowed. They have been remodeling the bathrooms and the men's room was not open and they had to use a porta-potty outside. Other than that, the inside was fine looking. There is no "beer cart" that goes around, so that is a negative. There is only one bathroom during the 9 hole course (you hit it twice during the course) but it's early on when you start. I don't like that bc usually when you start the course, I haven't drunken enough to need to use it. ;-) It's an okay course to try, especially if your not a pro golfer like myself. Not a lot of ppl there and pretty easy holes.
