This time they were soft and slow as we received some substantial rain. As an Austin Muni there are no water jugs on the course so pack your cooler. There is Bev cart service and the 19th hole has some great craft beer options and the usual munchies.

It seemed like the course was very understaffed -- one person was trying to run the golf shop while also cleaning carts, so there was really no one available to be out on the course helping manage pace. On top of that, the snack bar area was closed at around 2 PM, so there was no option to grab food or drinks during the round. The course itself is fine -- nothing terrible, but nothing special either. It's a pretty average muni layout. The bigger issue was everything around the golf itself. Basic things you expect at a course like pace management, food/drink availability, and overall staffing just weren't there, and it took away from the entire experience.
