The firs department in Plainfield came to have an inspection and noticed me that my fire alarm system to have an annual check by the professional and have a tagfor this year, 2017. Does it make a sense the company monitors the system suppose to have an inspection and have a right tag? Do the owner call the company to do so? When there was a false alarm in my shop last year, they came to check and asked us to pay and we pay a regular monitoring fee in every month. I know the monitoring and inspection are two differnt thing, but asked a lot of pay??

Adam and his partner were punctual, thorough, friendly, and really went above any beyond (e.g. - they proactively replaced our outdoor outlet cover, which apparently wasn't to code) to provide us with the best customer service. Adam was also extremely responsive to all of our communications, and he even came back for a follow-up visit when we were having some issues with our WiFi network connectivity. He of course solved our problem, and he didn't charge us a dime to do so.
