Their service comes with a solid warranty and any new critters we encounter, just give them a call and they'll come out to check, diagnose, and fix. We called Sentry after we discovered a very large hornet nest attached to our house that was hidden…read moreby trees. We were being stung and there were more hornets than we had ever seen! Dan, the Sentry owner, explained the process and cost, and came out on a holiday. Because the nest was so large, Dan had to return to spray multiple times before he could scrape the nest from the side of our house. He stuck with it, making sure there were no stragglers left.
