Great service! Blake came out to help with our mice problem. We started with some traps to see if…read morethat would resolve the issue. Sadly, it did not. We had to do more. We called Blake out again to which he set more traps, identified entry points around the outside of the house, and sealed everything up. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. He showed us what he was doing and why. I personally love when I learn the "why". After sealing up the house, he came back 2 weeks later to check on the traps and see how things were going. Their service comes with a solid warranty and any new critters we encounter, just give them a call and they'll come out to check, diagnose, and fix. It's not the cheapest to get your house sealed up, but worth it with the extra home visits and warranty. Highly recommend!

He didn't look prepared or professional, and frankly, he didn't look clean enough to be doing pest control work. He never said he had no car or truck and was on the train, and had the nerve to tell me that I was judmental - go figure. He quoted me $400 for all three condos and $250 for one unit, but I never hired him and I never let him inside any of the units. My instincts kicked in, so I looked him up on Google reviews -- and let's just say, lesson learned and bullet dodged. Always research a company before inviting them into your home or hiring them for business. Fortunately, I received no service, so I didn't pay him a single dime. Unfortunately, he showed very little willingness to thoroughly inspect the situation. He just slightly moved the oven and said, "Oh, good news, the holes here are sealed, so they're not coming from here." He opened a cabinet, said the same thing, and concluded that he could only place sticky traps for a $300 fee. I explained that we'd seen multiple mice and droppings and that I needed a more thorough inspection. He just shrugged, said he couldn't find any obvious entry points and maybe they were coming from the attic. I had to show him different areas myself, like the attic fan, and only then did he go up and find a hole where he placed some poison. A few days later, we still saw mice. I called the company again. Another technician came, and he was even less thorough. He hurriedly moved the oven, put down a single sticky trap, and was ready to leave. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and only then did he get some more equipment, find a few more holes in the cabinet, and place a couple of poison boxes in the attic. He didn't even bring a ladder--I had to provide one. In short, I felt I had to push both technicians to do a proper inspection. I'm not satisfied with the service, as I basically had to guide them to do their job. I hope you can address these issues so that future services are more thorough and professional.
