We approved and they ordered windows. They kept us informed of the status of the windows and were ready to go when we were able to get a permit. Installation was VERY quick. The workers were great, very helpful and nice. The final trim is beautiful, there was great attention to detail. The windows and sliding doors are wonderful, a huge step up from the original. Once installed, the inspections went perfectly. The installers knew exactly what needed to be done for each inspection step. At final inspection the building inspector complimented the windows and the workmanship. Would hire again.
