My son suggested John's as he knows Matt Hallowell, who welds there. (I'll just say Matt makes welding an art form, and he put the factory to shame! When I called the nice gal scheduled me within 2 days of my call, accommodating my appointments and job schedule and helping me to make it happen. We all have those days when the juggle is a struggle, but she made it easy! I overheard a few conversations while dropping off and picking up and I can honestly say everyone goes out of their way to accommodate need, budget, and the people, while providing quality products and service. After all of that, with CDC guidelines they also do more than most. Sanitizing is done constantly in the office, in your car, the pen you sign with the door handles and areas people touch, etc. My car even had a steering wheel cover on it so I know they took care to keep me safe and healthy. As we were driving on the highway my son noticed we were losing tire pressure fast so we exited the highway and found a gas station/convenience store to add air. We checked with a local garage and they weren't available (nice way of saying they couldn't be bothered). At this point we already needed more air and I started googling tire centers nearby and found this place 6 miles away. My son immediately called them and they said to come on over right away. This place was amazing, they patched the tire and we were on our way with only a small amount of time lost. This could have been a bad situation if we hadn't found them when we did and they graciously helped us.
