After jump starting our car, he tried to find out the root of the problem. He tested the battery and ruled out a weak battery. Roadmasters' Car Concierge, Raymond, found a 1927 Model T, talked to the seller, had his mechanic talk to the seller, negotiated a price for the extras tires, went and looked at it with his mechanic (with me and my husband), hauled it back to Roadmasters, had his mechanics go over it and service it, and had his Model T guy give me lessons. They do everything! I would have never bought this type of car without knowing people that knew what they were doing and could service it and store it during the winter. I am living the dream that was mirely only a distant thought for years. I was towed from a "Business Patrons, 1 hour" section on a Saturday night. Businesses were closed…read more(except for the pizza spot), very few cars in the lot. I went back out after 1.5 hours to get a bag and check on my car, it was gone. I told the dispatcher I had a sound check for a show, the parking garage nearby is closed, businesses were mostly closed and no one was in the lot, and had returned to check on it it -- he initially felt bad but then became rude, stating it was $425 and wouldn't budge on price. Keep in mind, city tows are $275. I got there after my show at 12:30am -- just a truck sitting at the gate, no light, no office. The kid there said he was just about to leave. I asked for a receipt by text and never received a response. I also asked for the contract between the property management co and Kosiken's, no response. They could have written a ticket or put a boot on. This is legal theft & coercion.

She resisted my request for ordering tires ahead of time (one week ago I shredded a sidewall on a curb while traveling and had to put on a new all-season tire not matching the worn summer tires), she cannot communicate clearly, informed me that I couldn't wait while the service was being performed but, when pressed, said that I could if I were willing (I live 90 min away, haven't got many options). Her phrase was "All of our waiting appointments are filled", insisting that I drop off the car...but I can't do that living 90 min away and their facility is in a exurb industrial zone! Cantech prepped my car for Watkins Glen, and I likely wouldn't get anyone else to do that. But for regular maintenance, be ready for a girl with a bad attitude.
