They've resolved some major car issues for me so now I go here for everything. I once drove right off the highway into their lot with every engine light on, and my car was diagnosed, fixed, and ready to drive again very shortly after. They even supported me through getting reimbursement from a shop that had done poor work leading to this issue. I feel that the cost is reasonable compared to what I've paid other places, I am often pleasantly surprised with the total for services. I have Parkinson's and the van has been converted to accommodate a wheelchair and fitted w a ramp. I need it to stay independent. The reviews on Yelp were so positive I called and got an appointment. Allow me to say, you all were so right. This place knocked my socks off. John is so thoughtful and thorough, he doesn't make you feel like a loser if you need to have something explained, and he's a problem solver. McKenzie, the young woman working the counter, is similarly on the job, and is equally thoughtful. For example, seeing I use a wheelchair, they made it easier for me to access the office and in a way that was matter of fact and not condescending. When I needed to return the next day for an inspection sticker, McKenzie met me outside the office while still in the van, and did the back and forth on my behalf. It might seem minor but it's so nice to have someone see and act on the "little" things that make life easier to maneuver. Bottom line: Bayberry Automotive is now my go-to garage of choice. They were great w my car, and w me. They have my strong endorsement.

I would recommend looking for a coupon as they are very generous with them and I was able to save 25$ off my oil change today! They also showed me a lot of different things that could be looked at later and it wasn't just an upset. My filter literally had twigs sticking out of it and was caked in stuff. I highly recommend coming here ASAP and completely avoiding other places I've reviewed earlier.

I've taken this car to probably at least 4 other mechanics over the years and nobody has been able to figure out how to fix these lights. A couple of years ago while my car had an oil change I was advised that I needed (a strut or ball joint.. can't remember which). The tech told me it should be under warranty with Subaru.. sure enough it was. I went in a couple of weeks ago and I was told I needed a power steering flush and sway bar links (kinda important they keep the car stable). I told them I'd be back and to hold off for now. Now this was for two reasons, money, time and to verify this actually needed to be done. My car was in the shop with Subaru for a recall and they in fact told me these two items NEEDED to be done. since the dealership was going to charge significantly more, I decided to bring it back to Midas for repair. I brought my car in, they fixed the sway bar and recommended a tire balance and front end alignment (I mentioned it was shaking at 65). They didn't tell me I needed anything else done ( and I asked them to check breaks). So.. I officially trust Midas on RT 57 to know what they are doing, not recommend stuff that doesn't need to be done, and they were quick about it. 5 thumbs up for honesty and integrity!

(Long story short, great place, good people. 5 stars, 10/10, would recommend)…read more I'm incredibly impressed by the level of service that Jeff and his colleague (Marcello, I believe) provided during my recent visit. My tire had a leak and I initially brought it in to a different local discount tire place, who shall remain nameless. Due to the placement of the nail they wouldn't patch it. They offered to put on a new tire, which I was trying to avoid, so, I went to Firestone to see if they thought it was patchable. Jeff and the crew were a little busy and said it would be about an hour wait. I was hesitant to stick around, but after we talked some more and he asked the right questions, it was determined that it was leaking pretty fast and I should really get it taken care of. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, with a TV, a charging station (with all of charging cords), and free coffee and water. I had some issues with the charging station, but Marcello came over to help get it working for me without pause. While I was waiting I overheard Marcello helping an elderly regular customer and it was heartwarming. She was quite anxious about an issue her car was having but he handled the situation with patience, poise and professionalism. So often the elderly are talked down to, disrespected, or taken advantage of and that definitely wasn't the case here! Jeff, a service manager and the tech for my work, went above and beyond. He quickly noticed an issue with my key fob (it doesnt lock/unlock consistently, and I need to pair my fob to my start button in order to turn it on), and was able to fix it! A daily frustration, completely resolved! He also noticed that my inspection was due and was able to take care of that right then, too. I could have been out over $100 at the discount tire place and only had a new tire to show for it. At Firestone, I got the patch installed, my inspection done, fluids topped, fob fixed for roughly half that. The positive experience was worth the novel. Jeff and Marcello gained a customer. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk. The End.
