They've resolved some major car issues for me so now I go here for everything. I once drove right off the highway into their lot with every engine light on, and my car was diagnosed, fixed, and ready to drive again very shortly after. They even supported me through getting reimbursement from a shop that had done poor work leading to this issue. I feel that the cost is reasonable compared to what I've paid other places, I am often pleasantly surprised with the total for services. Call ahead and they can often tell you when the best time to come in is for the quickest service!

Allow me to say, you all were so right. This place knocked my socks off. John is so thoughtful and thorough, he doesn't make you feel like a loser if you need to have something explained, and he's a problem solver. McKenzie, the young woman working the counter, is similarly on the job, and is equally thoughtful. For example, seeing I use a wheelchair, they made it easier for me to access the office and in a way that was matter of fact and not condescending. When I needed to return the next day for an inspection sticker, McKenzie met me outside the office while still in the van, and did the back and forth on my behalf. It might seem minor but it's so nice to have someone see and act on the "little" things that make life easier to maneuver. Bottom line: Bayberry Automotive is now my go-to garage of choice. They were great w my car, and w me. They have my strong endorsement.

The oil change is a bit pricier but they will top off your fluids which is appreciated.

Service was fast and friendly, wait time was roughly twenty minutes while they completed a customer ahead of me and around the same for my inspection. My Jeep received a clean bill of health and we were on our way. Inspection fee is only $21 pass or fail. While driving North on the I -81, my brakes started to make thundering noises a few hundred miles south of here. I knew this was bad news. I arrived to First Auto early this morning without an appointment , stating that I believed I had an emergency on hand. After a visual check, I was told NOT to drive on the highway! Their service is quick and top notch! They send a very detailed vehicle report with photos of your car in real time. The report lets you know if there is anything that requires immediate attention and offers suggestions based on manufacturing recommendations. However, I have never felt pressured to add additional services! Overall I would highly recommend Lou's Car Care if you are looking for a reliable place to bring your car!

(Long story short, great place, good people. 5 stars, 10/10, would recommend)…read more I'm incredibly impressed by the level of service that Jeff and his colleague (Marcello, I believe) provided during my recent visit. My tire had a leak and I initially brought it in to a different local discount tire place, who shall remain nameless. Due to the placement of the nail they wouldn't patch it. They offered to put on a new tire, which I was trying to avoid, so, I went to Firestone to see if they thought it was patchable. Jeff and the crew were a little busy and said it would be about an hour wait. I was hesitant to stick around, but after we talked some more and he asked the right questions, it was determined that it was leaking pretty fast and I should really get it taken care of. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, with a TV, a charging station (with all of charging cords), and free coffee and water. I had some issues with the charging station, but Marcello came over to help get it working for me without pause. While I was waiting I overheard Marcello helping an elderly regular customer and it was heartwarming. She was quite anxious about an issue her car was having but he handled the situation with patience, poise and professionalism. So often the elderly are talked down to, disrespected, or taken advantage of and that definitely wasn't the case here! Jeff, a service manager and the tech for my work, went above and beyond. He quickly noticed an issue with my key fob (it doesnt lock/unlock consistently, and I need to pair my fob to my start button in order to turn it on), and was able to fix it! A daily frustration, completely resolved! He also noticed that my inspection was due and was able to take care of that right then, too. I could have been out over $100 at the discount tire place and only had a new tire to show for it. At Firestone, I got the patch installed, my inspection done, fluids topped, fob fixed for roughly half that. The positive experience was worth the novel. Jeff and Marcello gained a customer. I talked to Jeff True, Service Manager, who very courteously assured me that would not be a problem. When I arrived, Mr. True met me. He was as professional in person as on the phone. He was courteous and listened when I told him what services I had scheduled and would he mind explaining the functions. He explained in detail what would be done and about how long it would take. I was extremely impressed that Mr. True spent the time explaining the services in detail and answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. After my interaction with Mr. True in the future, I will schedule services but only if he is there.
