After three hours, they told me they were just pulling the truck in and it would be ready in another hour. I came back an hour later--four hours after my scheduled appointment--and the truck still hadn't even been touched. To make things worse, the staff gave me attitude instead of an apology or any real explanation. I rely on my truck to work and earn a living, and they completely wasted my day. Absolutely no respect for my time or business. I strongly suggest not trusting this place. After jump starting our car, he tried to find out the root of the problem. He tested the battery and ruled out a weak battery. After my interaction with Mr. True in the future, I will schedule services but only if he is there. I think the online appointment system is not working properly. I've schedule another alignment for SUN 7/14/25 SUN at 12pm for another location. Let's see how it will go. A 2nd time will confirm my thoughts about the unprofessional approach to the appointments. Probably they short stuffed, but it's their problem to check and combine with the In progress and scheduled work!
