So far, workmanship seems good, no price haggling after the deal was struck and work completed in a very timely manner. Steve came to my house to inspect my vehicle, drove it to his garage for repairs and returned my car to my home when complete. (Pep Boys quoted me $2,800 to replace control arms only, we felt very fortunate to find Steve. Then just recently he quoted a price of nearly $500 to replace the front and back brake pads and rotors on my wife's car, we supply the parts, we feel this price is high. With good tools the work to replace brake pads and rotors for all four wheels should take between 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Any mechanics out there looking for brake work? Yea KZ, you know who I am. That little red car you butchered. When I picked it up it had a deep dent in the nose and deep scratches on the trunk. The car only weighs just over 2000 lbs. The parking lot is flat. You didn't need to push the car very hard to move it. Some asshole shoved the car into another car's trailer hitch. The dent is over 1/2" deep. You can see the roundness of the dent that clearly shows that it was smashed into a trailer hitch. Additionally, the same asshole dragged his finger's into the trunk paint. The car has a bumper moron. Why the hell did you need to drag your fingers down the trunk lid? I am convinced that this car was damaged on purpose. All that said I will never ever take a car there again. I recommend you find someone else to repair your car given my experience.
