Well this is the last time I deal with sloppy food, and crazy deliveries I paid for a delivery with a generous tip, I order there often,I got a call while busy not at home and was told I had to give my credit card number for a $1.00 delivery fee,in the middle of a conference call I had to give my credit card number for $1 00. then a half hour later I received a call from them that they were at my house while I was at work saying they needed cash for the delivery I paid for online plus the extra dollar,my kids are waiting to eat, I ordered delivery, paid for the food then an extra dollar,the delivery driver brought it back across Town and I had to call back to ask why, the person hung up on me and an hour and a half later my kids dinner showed up cold, I've had trouble in the past but between this and the rat I saw running across their floor towards the kitchen last time I was in their greasy store,I'm done,good luck, there's other options,I'll go somewhere else read more

Called them at 12:45 to place a small order for delivery and was told it would be 40 minutes. They were at my door in 15 minutes! what a pleasant surprise that was! Not to mention, their crab Rangoon is the best we've ever had. The service and food was excellent. read more

The food is pretty good except for one thing -- they're waaaay too lazy in cutting up the food. Chicken & broccoli had pieces up to 3" wide and high, and the broccoli wasn't cut up enough. You also have to separate the giant chunks of General Tso's chicken. When I order delivery, they usually say an hour, sometimes 45 minutes, and it almost always arrives a bit earlier. I think one time they got something slightly wrong, but it was no big deal. read more

curry chicken wasn't cook through. Chicken fingers were all breading and you couldn't find any pork in the pork fried rice. This was very disappointing and the under cooked chicken had to be thrown out. A real waste of my money. read more

I've had the lunch special before and it was good. Tonight my family and I opted for quick takeout being in the mood for Chinese. After waiting for over an hour for delivery, it was the absolute worst meal I've ever eaten. I literally order from them multiple times a week and rarely do I have an issue but when I do: ie; sweet and sour sauce missing from sweet and sour chicken; asked for lo mein not fried rice... I've had to return to store with my 3 year old to fix and get charged for their mistake! Im a waitress by trade, im not a Karen... but I do expect some sort of customer loyalty and respect and this establishment fails every time! Sometimes, in rare circumstances, there is something to be said for the predictable. If you've laid on the bed and waited for Chinese food before, that food is what you'll get here. It's flavorful, it's abundant for the price, and if you've had ten Chinese meals delivered in ten cities recently this beats the hell out of five of them. It won't be the stuff where the rice is a bright color but has no flavor. It won't be the stuff where you throw the leftovers away because half the breaded chunks were gristle anyway. The large menu is varied and consistent in quality. Lots of greased goodness in a Pu Pu Platter for two. One little surprise is that these guys thought to fry sticks of imitation crab meat in crunchy breading so they come out like big fish sticks. Why didn't I think of that? read more

The food here is that something else and it's GOOD. This is that Americanized Chinese food that's basically Panda Express but it's actually good and won't make you feel sick. The portions are generous for their price point, they taste good, and it's fast. If you come here with expectations of eating real Chinese then you will be disappointed but that is more on you than the establishment. read more

I called back and said I got the wrong order and the lady on the phone proceeded to raise her voice at me telling me that she didn't not make a mistake. But I know what I ordered. I'm allergic to ribs so there would be no way for me to order that. She was so unbelievably rude and didn't ask if they could make me another or anything. Then when I asked to place another order for what I had ordered the first time she hung up the phone on me. When arriving to this store my hopes were high. I haven't ate in hours and believed this was the only good Chinese food in the state of Massachusetts. I go to the lady at the counter and order my usual. Chicken nuggets with fried bbq and ketchup on everything and a house ice tea. Tried their General Tso's Chicken special combination plate with the Pork Fried Rice for lunch / to go on a Saturday, and it was pretty good and not overly spicy. Very reasonably priced for the amount of food ordered. Watched the cooks in the open kitchen behind the counter prepare the food to each order. They were speaking Chinese, so you the food is authentic. The cashier was very polite / patient and recommended trying the Beef Lo Mein with the special combination plate next time. They have a very extensive menu, so making a decision on what to order may be more difficult with so many choices.....view their menu ahead of time! read more

I've used this place a few times and won't be back. The place is filthy, you can hardly see out of the windows but the worst of it is that the food is bland. Sure, expectations are low being in Pittsfield but the large portions don't even make it a good value. Try Vong's. It's in the same neighborhood. You just need to adjust which Asian food you'll go with. Last straw, being charged $0.27 for a container of 'house mustard' cost this place a customer and this crappy review. Ordered takeout for dinner, it was pretty good. I had the steamed mixed vegetables with chicken, along with brown rice. Flavor was good although the bottom of the container was full of water I had to drain out halfway through the meal. The service at the counter was a little bit rude, but maybe I'm expecting too much. They also had containers of role meet laying all over the floor, the place looked a bit nasty and stomach turning. This place is hit or miss, usually miss... Food is mediocre at best (way too much sodium not enough spice) and they will get your order wrong half the time. If you dare complain the owner is arrogant, rude and condescending as if you are lying about the garbage food that you threw away because it was so bad. Last time they delivered the wrong order. Instead of giving a future credit, they wanted to come with a new one and take back the old one or only give $4 discount the next time. Problem was by the time they would have gotten here with the RIGHT order we were already over it and had eaten something else... If you want REAL Asian food with FLAVOR go to Flavors of Malaysia (Should be #1 rated restaurant in Pittsfield) or Vong's. I ordered delivery two nights ago. It was snowing heavily and I expected the driver to take some time to get here, but an hour and 45 mins. is ridiculous! One of the items was fried won ton (the appetizer) and what I recieved was some super HOT dish of fried won ton in a gooey sauce. I was also charged for an order of chicken lo mein which I did not order and did NOT get. I called to speak with them about this and was TOLD to "hang on" three times before I was finally hung up on. This happened a second time (my cel phone shows the four times I ended up having to speak to them that night.) Out of frustration I called back again today (two days later) to speak with a manager and the man on the other end of the phone was totally rude! He told me that I was the one who hung up on them; that I had gotten my order wrond (not them) and that I was overcharged, but only because they were busy and that I had confused them. He said (and I quote) "what do you want me to do?." I replied, I simply wanted to call and let him know how poor the service was and how rude his employees had been (takes a whole lot for me to lose my temper) and he said-(again I quote) " We never makes mistakes."
