My nails came out extremely crooked--several of them are literally pointing/facing to the left instead of straight. But honestly, the most frustrating part was the experience trying to choose my color. I picked the color I wanted, and the nail tech switched it on me. When I told her that it was not the color I chose, instead of listening to me or correcting it, she argued with me. She first tried to tell me a glitter was the same color when it clearly was not. When I said I didn't want that, she then tried chrome and again insisted it was the same. I repeatedly explained that it was not what I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. At the end of the day, I am the customer paying for the service--I should be able to choose the color I want on my own nails. Between the crooked nails, not receiving the color I asked for, and being argued with instead of listened to, I left extremely disappointed. There are far too many great nail salons in Tallahassee to spend your money somewhere that leaves you feeling unheard and unhappy with the finished result. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and I feel like they did a pretty good job. They don't have a TON of colors but you should be able to find something close to what your looking for. Over all I ended up paying about $75 I think for both the acrylics and the pedicure. Idk if I would get the pedicure from here again cause I feel like you could find a place that does a better one but I would definitely come back to get my acrylics done again.

Recently got my nails done for a wedding in this beautiful maroon / brown in a matte coat. Understandable, it happens but I had to take the time to call & get a walk in appointment, which thankfully they did! :) Only a 20 min wait & my mail tech fixed it. Unfortunately, over the course of 2 days, 4 more of my nails completely snapped off doing normal activities. They don't accept refunds, only offer repairs. The people here are very kind & the ambiance is clean and professional! But the quality was not there. I paid $80 for poor quality that didn't even last a day. I was visiting Tallahassee & live 5 hours away therefore coming back for repairs after the first 2 visits I made to attempt to reinforce my nails would be out of the question. Very disappointed I spent almost $100 & have had to remove what was left so I can get them redone here locally.... Would not recommend :(
