The gist of this review, if you're advertising and charging as luxury, provide that experience. I was a walk in for a pedicure and upon entering the place looked very nice. However, the receptionist and a tech were more interested in their conversation than directing me. Since this was my first time here, I didn't know about checking in on a tablet or that they'd bring me the color choices. After asking twice my questions were answered. I did not mind waiting to be seated, I was a walk in. However, I didn't enjoy being called to a chair only to sit with an empty tub, no lining, and no towel for fifteen minutes before a tech came to me. At that point, keep me in the waiting area. However, this seat did give me the advantage of understanding what the staff considers luxury. Now I don't care that techs have their phones, play music, etc. I do mind when the staff scrolls YouTube for five minutes to find the perfect video, in front of patrons, keeping them waiting, before starting the service. My tech and the tech next to me were like that. So now I'm their chore that they need a podcast to complete. Additionally, it's tacky when you can hear the cat videos from the staff on break lounging. Once my tech found her video of choice, I gave her my color number. Now what is the point of telling staff the service before hand or having numbered colors if it takes three trips to come back with the correct color and supplies. As far as the actual pedicure went- it was fine, standard, nothing special. It lacked the massage time promised and the tech wasn't gentle with the details. The result looked nice. Another issue that took away from the experience was someone's misbehaving kids running around and hearing her scold them every three minutes. No one addressed that even though we all kept looking back. As a woman went to leave, after paying, her tech came running after insisting they undercharged her. After she waited in line, and payed- weird. Now as a place that advertises being luxurious and charges above average prices, this was not a luxury experience. I'd say skip this location for another in town. read more
