This most recent visit is what makes me want to scream/cry. I had SNS/dip put on my real nails, and the woman who did the service put AT LEAST 6 layers of dip! This resulted in a bulky, chiclet appearing outcome, and quite frankly, I hate my nails!! I expressed my disdain to the woman who caused the catastrophe but nothing could be done. Lesson learned the hard way.

My pedicure was done within a reasonable amount of time but it was strange, the nail technicians were playing like ring around the client. They kept switching up between the three of us depending on what service it was that we were looking for in terms of I wanted a solid color but my friend wanted a French pedicure. One person performed her pedicure and another person came and put the polish on. Super weird but I guess everyone has their strengths. This does make it impossible to know how to tip of you're tipping in cash. We then went for our manicures. I requested a hell and the other girls were getting acrylics done. Their nails came out fabulous, just the way that they wanted. I was also pretty impressed with my gel manicure, I got a French tip and they were beautiful. But I was my impressed with the manicure, I guess it's a different technique than I'm used to for getting rid of cuticles but it looked right in the moment. After three days of a GEL manicure, it started chipping off. And let me just tell you, it was only 5 dollars less expensive than where I normally go to get my nails done. Needless to say I will most likely not be coming back here to get my nails done. But I will come back to get my eyebrows waxed. That was phenomenal and it was much cheaper than where I usually go to get that done. Also, of you don't walk in when no one is working, be prepared to WAIT.
