That was exactly how a crab cake should be made and the texture was perfect. Our party had every iteration of oysters you can get and they were all great. They were accommodating for a member of our party with celiac and her food was exactly what she was promised. Other points of note: Bar service was quick and friendly. The hostesses promptly accommodated our party of 10. The straps on the high chair actually worked (if you're a parent then you know what I mean). The roll served with the soup was very stale. I could hardly break or cut it apart so I didn't eat that. There is no customer service number to call to complain about this woman or I would. This ruined my lunch and I Will NOT return to this location.
