I went through the drive-thru and ordered the three chicken tenders with mashed potatoes with gravy and a roll. I always choosing sauce for the dip. The chicken was tender and hot. The mashed potatoes were hot. The roll was soft and fluffy. I was very happy with my food. read more

If you're going to go to Golden chick don't come here they will sit here and get your order wrong and yell all in the intercom. The food still good but you're gonna feel like they rushing you or understand what you're talking about. You have to just go inside but still horrible. read more

Food is not fully cooked. Need to cook the wicked wings ALOT longer. ALOT!!!!! This is the third time I've gotten under-cooked chicken from there. They manage to roast chicken well but can't fry chicken well. read more

Golden Chick - Partially cooked Wicked Wings - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

The chicken at this Golden Chick almost always tastes like it's been sitting for a while. Maybe they just don't get a lot of traffic, but the rolls are usually a bit hard -- probably for the same reason. Service is okay overall, but every now and then you get someone with an attitude. It's not surprising considering the area, but it still makes for a disappointing experience. 3 stars simply because of the occasional good experience. read more

Very amazing customer service and the workers are very helpful and friendly will come again

Food always come out quickly when I order it, not to mention great customer service, staff is always friendly and welcoming. The place itself is always clean and well maintained along with a great atmosphere. read more

Decent spicy chicken tenders. Meat was fulfilling, but I usually receive a larger portion of dirty rice in a separate container. It seems like golden chick always has container/cup issues. Had to head inside to get my missing tender sauce. read more

food is amazing everyday, the chicken is really good especially the hot ones. the service is good as well.

Horrible customer service. Didn't have our order right, the ice machine was out of ice the whole time we were here and the employees acted like it was the end of the world to give us ice. They didn't have any rolls ready. The lady up front was rude, she didn't get our order right then had an attitude when I respectfully told her about it. Probably the worst Golden Chick I've been to. read more

I was waiting 5 minutes to order no body asked if I wanted something! This guy just kept staring at me without saying any word when he did helped somebody else rather than me read more

If you ever come in here on a SUNDAY, ask for a young man by the name of ANTHONY to take your order. He is professional, courteous, and VERY GOOD at suggestive selling. He will also repeat your order to make sure he has it correct, which is something that you don't see in restaurants anymore. GREAT JOB, ANTHONY!!! read more

Asked for double gravy. Did not receive on that order, just one. No gravy was given on second order. No utensils given in bag (drive thru). And what appeared to be used wadded napkins stuffed in the bag read more

The lobby hours state they're open until 10 pm. We arrived at 9:23 and were told the lobby was closed. The employees were sitting at a table on their phones. Closing 35 minutes early seems a little much. They said they would take our order through the drive through but we had 3 cars of people from out of town. Seems crazy just to turn away business. read more

This is the worst fast food experience I've had in awhile. I ordered a roasted chicken meal and a cookie. When I received my food the top of the beverage was covered with grease and food debris, some of which was also in my drink. Inside the food bag was crumpled napkins and they did not add my cookie that they charged me for. When I attempted to call the store to remedy the situation of course they didn't answer. This will be my last experience here. read more

I go to this golden chick at least once every other week for sure and sometimes multiple times a week and since it's the closest to my house and has is so high I just suck it up and go to this location. First things first, I love golden chick in general, the spice is just right and the lotus zing is powdered magic for that extra kick when putting it into your gravy. But this location more then half of the time always forgets my roll or is burnt and hard. The gravy is also very watery at times and I refuse to eat it. They should ask themselves if they would eat, and if so should they serve it. I always go through the drive through and I'm a very nice and patient guy so when I hear the person on drive through giving me attitude just because she (not naming her) doesn't want to be there. It ruins the experience from the start. But hey, I'm not there to communicate with them and get along with them. I'm going strictly for the food. read more

This was my first time eating from here. I had the southwest catfish. I didn't like it too much at first because there wasn't much flavor but that's just catfish in general. So I'm going to get the last piece and I find a surprise of a curly hair. I'm not a big fan of hair in my food and Golden Chick. Horrible horrible horrible. I will definitely not eat from here anymore. read more

I've always had to wait forever for my food here. Today, I stopped by for a quick snack after work. All I ordered was a tea and some jalapeño poppers. After sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes, I was told to pull to the front and my order would be out in 2 minutes. after waiting for 10 minutes, I called the store, only to be hung up on. I called again and was assured they were bringing my order out soon. The food is great, but I won't be back to this location. read more

Had a VERY long wait & then they didn't get the order correct. Young man proceeded to ARGUE with me. Chicken was slimy & cold. Rolls were smashed. I wouldn't go back here if they bought the meal for me. read more

This was my first time going to this location and will definitely be my last time... the lady that took my order was too busy laughing and talking to other people to pay attention to anything that I was saying... so of course my order was wrong ... my drink was covered in soda and she didn't even bother to wipe it off... I received no napkins, no ketchup, no utensils.... Horrible!!! Will not return. read more

Saw three girls sitting their asses down on the first window as I passed thru. My tender box was completely wet and cold from the bottom, it was just leaking all over the place. read more

The first time I came here I was blown away! But then the second and third visit sucked. Don't get me wrong, the chicken is delicious, but when you are paying for over $40 worth of food, you want your order to be done right! Second visit I was missing rolls... third visit my tenders were suppose to be spicy and I was suppose to have half grilled and half fried pieces of chicken, oh and the gravy for the tenders had a super watery consistency. Don't know if I'll be back just due to the fact that they screw up my $40-50 meals. read more

So it's 9:20 and they don't close till 10 which means both me and my boyfriend still had enough time to order our food and take it home with us yet the doors were locked with people still enjoying their meals. I don't appreciate that at all. I find that to be distasteful and poor customer service on their part. read more
