However, it still wasn't ready. There was no dirty rice so I substituted for mashed potatoes instead. There was no sauce throwing incident in my case. Though there was sauce that was forgotten in my order. I did end up getting extra but at that point the impression of the service had already left its mark. The food was overall good. I got the spicy chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, and boneless wings as well as mashed potatoes and friends. The chicken could have been more crispy. The fries could have been more crispy. The mashed potatoes could have been creamier. But that's about it in terms of actual critiques. It's a shame that the service left such a negative impression, especially in the context of what should have just been a quick pick up order. I think it will be a while before I come back again.
