I love a good taco casa. It's probably my favorite fast food restaurant. Relatively gluten free as far as I can tell, as long as you stick to corn tortillas. I usually order a super taco and frijoles. And hot sauce! It's decently priced fast food that tastes fresh enough. Always a crispy taco and a cold Coca Cola. The staff always seems nice, too. You more through the drive-thru quickly. read more

I eat here occasionally as I work close by but today was one of their 'special' days here. I was greeted after a moment when we walked in. The girl behind the counter was surly, she did not articulate what she was saying very well. Just not friendly When I asked about how much the tea was, she added 2 lg teas to the bill. I said no, that I would just want water. Guess what? Water is $0.99. she just didn't hear me ask and gave me no choice to say no water. They also advertise that if you pay cash, you will get 3% off. She rang me up and did not give me the cash discount. I asked if she had given me the cash discount. She looked at the register and said "no". And walked away. she did not try to make it right. Did not say I am sorry. Did nothing, just walked I am not worried about the whopping 30 cents. I could care less about that. I do not like being lied to and dismissed. I hate bad manners and attitude I went to complain to the manager about her attitude and lack of service.... Guess who the manager was? Only reason for 2 stars was the burritos were ok. Not great but ok read more

The food is ok, more expensive, but fresher, than taco bell. Not as flavorful. The prices are higher. I have eaten there for years because it's close to me but they keep advertising that they have a little reward system. So I downloaded their app and signed up for the reward. They said for signing up I would get a free taco. I went to redeem it and they said we already got it. I said no I did not. They said yes you did. And I'm like I know I did not get a taco I'm not crazy. I dropped it at the moment but today I called again because I was going to go by there and a manager answer. I said well I don't know there's a glitch in your system I guess because they're saying I've already redeemed the taco but I have not. They are not going to make good on it. I'm deleting the app and I have a long memory when it comes to this kind of thing. If I ever eat it again it'll be because I have no choice whatsoever. I will drive further and pay more to avoid them. I don't recommend them at all. The food is just so-so. I don't think they have any chicken on the menu. The bean burrito is okay. They're combination burrito is the best read more

Didn't get to take a picture since we were hungry. We got the super burrito, which was yummy, flavorful and a pretty big portion. Definitely something I would order again. We also got their new chili burger sandwich and well, it was kind of a let down. There was lots of shredded cheese and lettuce, and the ground beef was dry, lacked flavor and there was no sign of a chili sauce. Not ordering that again. read more

Went here for lunch! The were BUSY BUSY!!! Staff worked efficiently and the store was SO CLEAN!!! Didn't take long to get my food even though the line was 8 people deep! 11/10. Amazing location read more

The burritos and tacos are really good. The prices are a little high, but it's worth it, but I don't like that. They overfill my cup with tea and when I my it, I ended up with a sticky console in my car. A little common sense goes a long way. I do try to keep in mind that love these are high school kids, but maybe they'll see this and learn. read more

Rudest person ever in the drive thru. The entire time it was attitude. Then he gave the guy behind me a "give me a minute" when he said hello to make his order. It was not a nice please hold on it was attitude. At the window he said the price, I handed him my card and he shut the window. Opened it handed me my food and car and just looked at me? I guess a thank you have a good evening wasn't in his vocabulary. Or even a smile. Then the tacos were something else. I must have ordered a super taco easy on the sour cream and instead of meat just put cheese with a little meat. There was trash all outside of the place Nope I will not go back. read more

Despite my bad review this is still a place I go to fairly often but they always remind me of why I give them 1 star. Did I really deserve that amount of sour cream???!!! More cheese sauce on the bag than your food. Staff has the typical I hate my fast food service job attitude. Taco Casa - Is this a standard amount of sour cream? - Mexican Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Love taco casa but this location I had my first bad experience. First the line was long and moved very slow. Lack of sense of urgency or short handed I don't knows. But when I showed up to pay the woman and the man were just talking the whole time. Not even paying attention to me. But what was worse was the food was cold I had to heat up when I got home and the burritos were not wrapped properly and failing apart. I won't return to this location for sure. Just thought the managers or owner would like to know how this place was run today. read more

When I drove up, it said "under new management." If that means they forget half of my order that I PAID for, can I get the old management back? This is the closest taco casa to my house, but it isn't very close, so it is a little upsetting that I didn't find out until I got home. read more

Friendly staff and fast service. Restaurant was very clean and tidy. I'll be back soon!

A new Taco Casa just opened a few months ago been there a few times and the service has been very good the food hot and fresh. This is a very nice looking store and a good location on the North Eastside since there are no other Mexican fast food chains around. I like Taco Casa the food has great taste with plenty of meat, and cheese in the tacos. Not like some places that put very little in the tacos. The burritos are big and loaded with beans and cheese. One negative is the soda machine is behind the counter so you have to ask for re-fills on your drink. I like that they clean off your table when you are done nice touch. The menu is limited they only focus on a few items but that is ok with me. Taco Casa is a good addition to the fast food chains in DFW area. read more

Yummy quick lunch of a crispy taco and super burrito. My gosh, the burrito was PACKED full of goodness. The taco and the burrito were delicious. I didn't go in but used the drive-thru. They were not busy at all; service and food came out real quick. Of the fast food taco places, Taco Casa is my favorite. read more

The newest Taco Casa outlet has landed in East Fort Worth. The exterior of the place looks great; the interior -- like all the rest in the local chain -- is bathed in hideous orange and yellow colors. It cheapens the look of the place. But hey, they've built 75 of them so far, so they must be doing something right. The food is good and fresh. Tacos top the mostly limited menu. I wish they could expand the menu offerings more. The chips are very good quality for a fast food outlet. I wish they had some spicy salsa to go along with them. read more

Staff are always clean cut nice guys, & Cleaner then most walk in restaurant inside! Food was hot

Soooo glad that there's another option for lunch close to the place where I work. Taco Casa is a pretty common chain around Texas, but I had never been until today. Vowing to never go to Taco Bell again, this was a great option for me for a quick burrito that was close by. While looking at the menu, the options for non-meat items were rare, but there were a couple. I ordered the nachos minus the beef, and a bean burrito to go. I really like the way the nachos were packed. You get a box of chips, and each of the other ingredients are packed separately! I love this so your chips don't get soggy and mushy before you start to eat them. The cheese sauce was cheese sauce...nothing more, nothing less. The beans were ok..a step above TB, but still fast food beans. The burrito, which was made with the same beans, was decent as well. Taco Casa is exactly what you would expect from a Fast Food Mexican spot. Don't get me wrong, it's a step above Taco Bell...maybe hovering a little higher than your Taco Bueno range. I didn't have any complaints with my food, and I'm thrilled that there's another lunch option in this part of Ft. Worth. read more

Taco Casa - Brand new establishment! - Mexican Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

I go here all the time and I've loved it until 08/15. I ordered my normal taco lites and got EXTREMELY sick 30 minutes after. Pain from front to back it was horrible. I thought back to the staff and experience. None of the normal people were there. Then I remembered telling the person receiving the money that he had cheese all over his arm. He looked at it and just Brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal. He didn't wash his hands or anything i remembered him going back to the food table and helping the next order. Now these were warning signs and I should have asked for my money back and complained but I thought at the time I was overreacting. Well I should have and I've learned a valuable lesson. read more

First of all when I walked in I almost fell because there was so much water on the floor with no wet floor sign . I was picking up a doordash and all the woman at the register wanted to know was how did I get in the store because their about to close . I literally had to yell excuse me to a guy walking by to let him know I'm picking up a doordash order and he literally said nothing just handed me my order that I stood there waiting 2 mins for and it was already ready. I'm a black woman so I try not to make it about race but the service was ghetto af if they don't want to work there's other places hiring !!!!!!' read more

All I can say is TACO TUESDAY. Best tacos in town. Fresh cheese, crunchy shells, well seasoned beef, and fresh lettuce. PERFECTION

As my tips states, go into this place with this mindset: You get what you pay for. There isn't anything special about this place and I think the only reason people rave about it is because it's a "classy" Taco Bell. LITERALLY have heard this expression from people several times. The bad thing is, they don't nearly have the variety that Taco Bell offers...Sooo it's more like a nice building that serves Mexican food. All of the Taco Casas I have seen have a nice brick building so it does seem like a "classy" Taco Bell. They are in locations where there aren't many other food options around, such as by my work. The food isn't terrible but with all of the Hispanic food options around, this is below par. That being said, if I was starving and had a limited amount of time this may be it for me. Fast service, friendly staff, eatable food, and you're looking for a "classy" Taco Bell then this is your place! read more

FAST, GOOD SERVICE. CLEAN RESTAURANT. The food is typical Mexican fast food, maybe a little fresher and tastier than average, but quite typical. The location, service and overall cleanliness set it apart as a great lunch spot for a quick bite. The location is spotless inside and out. The food was quite tasty. The price was very competitive. No brainer choice over a burger at a fast food chain. read more

I usually go here because they have good food and service , how ever I went here at bridgewood location in Fort Worth Tx on March 30, 2019 I spent 38.18 I got 12 tacos , 12 pack bean burritos ,gallon sweet tea, and 2 unsweet teas in cup because my son and I are both diabetic well the unsweet tea turned out to be sweet tea also , even though I also asked for splenda not noticed till I got home !! So my son and I couldn't drink anything!! And the bean burritos were mostly cold cheese in fact all the burritos were cold and tasted nasty just a blob of cheese maybe 2 teaspoons beans on the cold shells!! And tacos were kinda ok but not really warm as usually are! I ask for hot sauce didn't get eve n enough for 1 per item or heck even half of them This was a big let down from usual service at this location I was there at 5.12 pm on a Saturday .it took a really long time to get thru drive thru i understand they were busy but the food and drinks yuck. read more
