Placed a mobile order and the young drive-thru order taker at 12:20 pm on 4/3/24 is awfully rude! Don't put her in the window ever again!!! The two older women who gave me my order were very professional! Keep them! My order as correct and my food was hot. Horrible service, I came today to order through drive thru and this guy I don't know what was wrong with him but at first he was taking my order right, then when i'm finally done telling my order to him he asks me again what I would like to order.. I had no problem repeating the order. When I got to the window to get my order I only got the food but the drinks i didn't. I told them I had ordered the drinks but the guy didn't charge me for them, and their solution was for me to go all the way around the mcdonald's to the end of the long line. I do not recommend this Mcdonald's at all, other Mcdonald's are better, even the lancaster one is better this mcdonald's. read more

UNACCEPTABLE!!! I decided to try the New Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich and this is what I received. I noticed there were many young people working today, but who can't make a simple chicken sandwich. The chicken patty was very small, barely any lettece, and there was no mayonnaise. I told the children at the pick-up window that there was no mayonnaise on my sandwich. So I guess they had a tantrum, and decided to gift me with a huge chunk of mayonnaise. There is a number of fast-food places in this area, and more restaurants are opening. McDonald's will always receive business, but not from me. I never go to McDonald's, but this was their chance to impress me, but it didn't happen. These children need a time-out and a lesson on how to fix food correctly. read more

Best McDonalds ever. The store is clean. I get fast friendly service whenever I go there for large work orders. Great workers there.

Apart from getting my order wrong and having to ask then to do it AGAIN and have them give me what I paid for , the woman that took my order was INSANELY rude for no reason...not once while I was giving my order did I talk to her disrespectful . Food cold, Witnessed manager remove customer because he didn't like the way she looked. I noticed her when I walked in and she wasn't bothering anybody. I ordered and sat down to eat. She still wasn't bothering anyone and he approached her and told her to leave. She had purchased a coffee and was minding her own business when he we approached her. She cleaned her table and went to front of store and again he was harassing her to leave. Once she left he followed her very close behind. I asked the manager why he was harassing her and he said I didn't know the story. From what I saw she was okay until he escalated the situation. I will never return to this mc Donald's because of this manager Carlos Soto. I see homeless people in this store all the time and have never seen them harassed like today. They buy food and relax just like any other customer but not today. read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Whoever took my order sounded like they didn't want to attend anyone - they were getting frustrated that my boyfriend (who was ordering) was adding small things to his order (ex: extra pickle no onion). They were not hiding their frustration AT ALL. Not to mention they still forgot our freaking Mac Sauce!!! After we said it TWICE. They messed up our drinks' size, and once we got to the first window it was the same thing. Very flat annoyed tone to their voice. Horrible experience. There was another time before this we decided to eat inside. We ordered and waited patiently. It was not at all busy there was maybe 5 other people in there besides us two. I'm assuming the cashier called out our number. My boyfriend said he heard them call out ONE number ONE time after we ordered and it was NOT ours. The cashier came over (she was definitely a manager bc she had a different uniform) she asked us "Did y'all not hear me calling your order out?" I said no. And she said "well I called it out a few times." She did not have to be short with me. She could have just brought us the food and say nothing. I went to grab food for my daughter, my sister, and myself. Excellent service with the staff in the drive thru. I came home started watching tv and started eating my meal. Midway into eating my bacon burger (which I never order before) I bite down on something extremely hard, its white little hard piece, could be a tooth, or a bone.
