He picked the table up and returned it. For those of you who do not know what a drum table is, the center of the table goes around. Mine was badly broken causing the top to be very tilted. I told Mr Burkett, if he could not fix the table to turn and just have the top be connected to the part that turns, I would have him do the job. He came over and looked at it and said he was pretty confident he could fix it. I also have my grandmother's secretary and one of the doors was too warped to close, he fixed that too and now it closes perfectly.

(UPDATE on my ORIGINAL REVIEW) The owner called me to discuss the EXTREMELY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE we had, and the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by his employees. I appreciated his personal outreach, and was gracious enough to give them another chance. During the "2nd Chance Visit", his carpet estimator was incredibly rude to my female tenant, made it seem like he was doing her a favor to show-up, and verbally CURSED AT MY FEMALE TENANT. She became afraid and asked the carpet estimator to leave because she felt unsafe. I respect & appreciate the OWNER for trying to make things right, but if this is the caliber of employee that his company hires, I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. It is 1,000% UNACCEPTALBE for a service provider that has been invited into someone's home to curse at a woman. UNACCEPTABLE. District Floor Depot WILL NOT be getting my business, and I hope that no consumer supports this type of behavior by doing business with them.
