They had some fun glassware and shot glasses. They had a slew of t shirts, many on sale. Another fun part is the cooler. We grabbed some single can local beers. Fun! They also have a tiny hot case that has some local specialties such as musubi and steam buns. They have a huge selection of snacks - many are local but they also have the usual national chain crap too. You can easily get a pool float or noodle for much cheaper here than the resorts are charging. They have the usual walgreen/cvs offerings of sun block etc. They have a point system, so keep your receipt. They have different point levels that allow you to get a free gift at checkout. If it's the one and only time you shop there, let them know, and you can get whatever gift you qualify for, when you leave. I only shopped once, and I was given the choice of a coffee mug (i already have 2 of the mugs they offer, from a prior hawaii trip), their reusable bag, and a calendar. I opted for the 2027 calendar, which has gorgeous hawaii pics. Shopping is with the Safeway and Cannery parking lot, and is free. They have two entrances - one from outside and one from inside the mall.

When I returned my unused snorkel gear, the customer service said we had used it because there were faint traces of sand. However, I distinctly remember we did NOT use it whatsoever and whoever used it last was not honest. Additionally, whenever I tried to explain and justify customer service just said vigorously, "There's sand, there's sand..." escalating the situation. After a few minutes, the manager came and phoned the other ABC store location that I bought it from, and eventually we got a full refund. However, we spent 30 minutes getting questioned for something we did not do. All in all, this ABC store was very unprofessional and very rude. Not looking forward to visiting in the future.
