Place had many options for cheap-ER prices and was pretty well maintained, and had pretty cheap spam-musubi. Unfortunately, the service they offered was simply unpleasant. When I returned my unused snorkel gear, the customer service said we had used it because there were faint traces of sand. However, I distinctly remember we did NOT use it whatsoever and whoever used it last was not honest. Additionally, whenever I tried to explain and justify customer service just said vigorously, "There's sand, there's sand..." escalating the situation. After a few minutes, the manager came and phoned the other ABC store location that I bought it from, and eventually we got a full refund. However, we spent 30 minutes getting questioned for something we did not do. All in all, this ABC store was very unprofessional and very rude. Not looking forward to visiting in the future. read more

There are 3 ABC Stores in Laihana and Kaanapali area. We were most successful at this one. I was able to get a limited edition 50th anniversary Hello Kitty Coffee Mug. Each ABC Store received 50 mugs. There were 7 left here but I did not see any in the other 2 locations. I also got beautiful 2026 Calendars at 2.99 each, but they also has a special of buy 2, get one free. We also got a few t-shirts for souvenirs. This one was my favorite ABC location. There is a lot of parking and Kalei's next door had good food. read more

One of my favorite beverages on Maui is the Maui Brewing Co. Island Root Beer. Made with cane sugar, local honey, and Hawaiian vanilla, it's got a smooth, rich flavor that's hard to beat. I love sipping it while watching the sunset or pairing it with fresh fish lunches from the Fish Market...pure island bliss. I searched at about ten different places, and even Maui Brewing Co. was out of stock! So when I finally found some at the ABC Store, I bought every single can they had. No regrets. read more

Parking is a problem due to the amount of retail establishments in the same complex. You may have to pass it up and find another one in a different location if you really want to come to an ABC Store. The store is clean and has an ample amount of merchandise, but the employees are not very knowledgeable about the merchandise (deisgn style, logo placement (back or front), etc.). XXL T-shirts were a $1.00 more but weren't labeled as such, which mean't they weren't eligible for the sale price discount. read more

ABC store has pretty reasonable prices and your essentials. I came here to buy some water shoes and was able to find exactly what I needed. They also sell a bunch of other stuff from liquor, energy drinks and other good stuff. I like this place. read more

Work trip and this place was suggested for us to have lunch. First sign I see, $19 Prime Rib, WHAT??!!! Went in and the had Roast pork (my fav), Shoyu pork, prime rib, loco mocos 5 different way, etc., etc., etc ... my roast pork was delicious, and the Shoyu pork ... well, it's gone! Stopped by here to purchase souvenirs. The place was clean and there was a great selection of souvenirs at a decent price! They also have a section for snacks/drinks! My boyfriend and I browsed through this store to get ideas for souvenirs. We picked up some granola, dried mangos, and dried coconut for our Road to Hana. The prices were not bad since they were similar or slightly cheaper than other stores. The nice cashier reminded us to save our receipts because you get a free gift (ie. calendar, mug, or reusable bag) when you spend $100. You can combine it with other location's receipts. read more
