Sometimes I feel like a wild woman, so I thought I'd check out this spot. I was on the hunt for a bikini - Maui has fantastic bikini designers, but I wasn't in the mood to spend $160 per piece. Spending over $300 for a bikini just seems wrong, at least in my book. This shop carries a wide variety of bikinis - especially ones for those over 30 who don't want half of their butt cheeks hanging out. There is even a bargain basket where I scored some bottoms for $10. The patient, helpful owner of the shop helped me score a very cute tropical print bikini that was 50% off. All three pieces came to $71. Score! The shop also carries crystal jewelry and other accessories. It's small but well curated. Highly recommend!

She then told me the story behind the store. The jewelry was designed by born and raised Hawaiian women. The jewelry was stunning, Hawaiian inspired, yet simple and modern. High end designs that I fell in love with, I even ended up getting a custom piece in the end and it was shipped home, so I had a little bit of Hawaii after I left. They are located on the lower level of Whalers village, please do not miss this shop. You will not be disappointed.

I asked multiple questions about sizing and alternate options and felt more like I was interrupting a monologue than being helped. I don't need a success TED Talk -- I'm here to shop. The store has a one-stop, trend-boutique vibe. For me, the quality is just okay. Maybe if the fit had worked I'd feel differently, but it didn't. Wishing them continued success, but I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

My husband likes their Travis Mathew because you can find hawaii theme stuff. The ABC Store here is pretty big so it can also get really busy (crowded) ... you might have better luck checking out an ABC of the other locations nearby. But it's also a quick place to get parking verified, if needed. All the restaurants will do it, and henna shops too! Overall, a clean place to walk around, snack, shop a little (or not!), and just enjoy being in Maui.

This complex is oriented towards family-friendly shopping and activities. There is another open-air mall with higher-end shops in Wailea. Unless one is staying at a nearby property, parking is expensive at $4.00 per 30-minutes with a daily, 24-hour maximum of $50. If you purchase an item from a retailer or restaurant, be sure to ask the merchant to validate your parking ticket for the up to 2-hours of free parking (minimum purchase required).

It didn't feel like a salesperson pouncing on a sale. It felt almost like a slumber party atmosphere! The original sales gal and 2 other workers were now involved and they made it so fun! Once I got in the fitting room, it felt like a fashion show. But instead of everyone telling me "everything looks great/cute" (toxic positivity), they were using their expert language and asking ME how I felt or what I thought. I really appreciated that! They grabbed me other sizes and showed me other versions of outfits (wide leg pants vs. oversized button down vs. shirt dress). I actually wore one of the shirt dresses out! As I was checking out, I noticed another part of the store. I completely walked right past it! And that was their jewelry side! I fell in love with 2 necklaces on that side! By this time, the owner had come out and it was a full blown party. I recently lost my mom - out of habit, I went to call her to ask which of the 2 necklaces she loved best. I had to use the gals at the store to be my stand-in-mom-energy, and I ended up treating myself to both! Now those pieces were expensive (both 14k!) but I wear them every single day. They remind me of my trip to Maui

Each area is arranged by color and clothing type, and there are shoes & other accessories too. I was greeted and attended politely and cheerfully by one of the owners. There are 2 and they both seem to care a lot about the business. The other thing that really stood out to me is the sheer style of the selections. From professional to club ready, I found unique, thoughtful and extremely artistic items that you could never find shopping regular retail. The prices are very fair, especially as every single piece is in perfect condition. My only criticism is they could use more plus sizes. Do not miss this shop!

As always, we were greeted with an "aloha!" and a shell necklace, before we began shopping. My husband found a shirt he wanted, but it wasn't available in his size. We asked the staff if they could call the only other Hilo Hattie on island at Whaler's Village, and check availability. They did their best, but his size was not available there either. You can find aloha wear for the entire family here, even matching outfits! My daughter even found fabric quilt squares to buy! Sales staff is very friendly and helpful! Yes, we will return!

Once I had made my decision she rang me up and was lovely, letting me know to keep my receipt and tags on if I wanted to return or exchange (they currently don't allow you to try on clothing due to Covid restrictions). We chatted a bit as she rang me up and I loved how friendly and chatty she was, very welcoming. Yes, the clothes are cheaply made, small in size and won't last for ever or be something you want to wear "out", but to find cotton shorts and T's for $6.95 that you can wreck contentedly knowing it was cheaper than anything you can find on the internet is great for me. I'm rough on my clothes and need cotton and this store fits the bill perfectly.
