Greeted with a simple "Aloha" and I was left to explore on my own, with letting him know of I needed help. Turns out I did, and he helped me land on the one I bought, and what made it even better was, his credit machine was as working. So I didn't need to use the last of the American cash I had. I think his name was Brana. Very friendly, and even said hello to me as I walked by the store later on that day with my new hat.

The 2 ladies in the store were really helpful and were pulling out other larger hats for me to look at while Hubbs hatted up. In the end we decided to buy the hat I originally picked out and I added a pair of funny socks too. They gave us a Kamaaina discount and the hat was packed into a really nice hat bag with carrying handle which will be great for storage too. I would definitely recommend this store for socks or a hat as they have a comprehensive selection, and you get great customer service too ;)
