I love Volcom. I had already purchased some shirts/board shorts at the Front St location but my daughter wanted to shop for swim suits. We headed to this location as it's larger and has more to choose from. I refrained and didn't spend any more on myself but she found a cute bikini and rash guard set that she was allowed to try on. Fit perfectly so we walked out with it! I always find something I like (or the family likes) when I shop this location. They validate parking as well if you've parked in the structure. read more

Volvo is always my favorite beach clothing store. Their clothes are better quality and more fashionable than others... Their fit is also better then quicksilver, Roxy, Rip curl, etc. I had a few pair of shirts and dresses from here and they last for a few years. Their bathing suit is also great quality and does not lose elasticity even with machine wash! The staff at this particular Volcom store is very friendly and helpful! The store is clean and organized. After shopping at the other stores on Front street in Lahaina and other stores here, we always come back to this one. Check out their deal of 2 shirts, 1 short and 1 hat for $99. I just wanted to let you know of a horrible experience I had at this store last night (6/27/23 at 6 PM). I come to this store every year to purchase several shorts and shirts to have for our home here in Maui. Last night i entered the store to find 2 young ladies talking about their love life and problems with a cheating boyfriend. They would not acknowledge any customers coming in due to the fact that they were so involved in their sexual conversations. About 5 minutes later a friend came in and sat behind the counter to add to the conversation. Not once did they acknowledge any customer, due to the fact they were so into the conversation. After 30 minutes in the store (Keep in mind they were still talking) my youngest daughter purchased a bathing suit. While they were talking about sex they took my daughters bathing suit and bundled it up and scooted it across the counter. They didn't even look at her. I had to ask for a bag and they still were talking about their sex life. I had 4 shirts and 4 shorts and was so upset just left it all on the counter and left. They didnt say a word to us, like we didnt even exist. Several other customers noticed and walked out as well. Those 3 should be reprimanded for this. Not only should they be working somewhere else, but im sure the store lost quite a bit of business last night due to the sex talk about boyfriends and so on. Just an overall horrible experience on Voltcom's behalf. read more

So as we were visiting my son needed some new clothes. He is very shy and introverted and doesn't have a lot of confidence. The two girls working there really made him feel comfortable and helped him pick out really nice outfits from the store. They were extremely nice and caring and made my son feel like he was the only one in the store. Bre and Pele were awesome, highly recommend this store. read more

I love Volcom's women's clothing and swimsuits. But I would recommend the Volcom on Front Street. This location seems to have attitude and not much Aloha. It is as if they do not want to be bothered to help you with finding sizes or with questions about products. read more

I visited this shop multiple times while on Maui just because of the Hawaii exclusives they have at this shop. The staff was always kind and helpful and didn't mind checking the back for certain items. I spent more than I wanted just because the sales were that good. I definitely will be becoming back next time I visit. read more

I totally dig this Volcom store at Whalers Village. They have a huge selection of clothes. Everything from shirts to bathing suits to jeans and accessories. The staff was super friendly and attentive without being bothersome. Being that this shop is located in the tourist "mall" they had a bunch of items on sale. I was extremely lucky and managed to pick up a bunch of cooler weather items at almost 50% off after all the discounts. The sales staff mentioned it was hard to sell cold weather items in hot hot Hawaii (well duh!) but their urge to clear them out served me well. Went in for 50% off entire store day. Employees rang us up incorrectly, didn't notice until after I have mentioned and were rude about it. Pretty much tried to blame us and told us we needed to pay the difference from a mistake that wasn't caused by us. Also said "so what do you want us to do" with ATTITUDE. I am aware that the line was crazy and they were busy but this could've been handled differently. Go to front street Volcome instead. read more

My family owns a condo at the Whaler condos next door so we always visit the volcom store in whalers village when we are on the island. The guys who work there are extremely helpful every time we come in. Now it might not be a huge store but we always manage to find some great stuff. The employees are always happy smiling and willing to help. read more

And a towel for 10 bucks when spending over 100! This Volcom store is legit and has the most awesome, knowledgeable manager Leah! We always stop by this location because of the large selection and wonderful service, but the trip today was even more epic! Leah, the manager, helped us find all the sizes and styles we were looking for. She also told us so much about the Volcom company and how this location is the 2nd store location ever opened, 2nd to the 1st location opened in Santa Barbara, CA. It's been opened here in Maui for over 9 years! She knows so much about the company and told us there are only 12 full retail Volcom stores and 6 of them are located in the state of Hawaii!! That's crazy, but I believe her because I'm in love with the quality and style of Volcom here in Maui. The Hawaii Volcom clothing line stylists know how to make super cute, cool clothes. The styles are trendy and VERY good quality. My boyfriend and I could tell immediately after trying on their clothes just how amazing the fit and quality are. We know the clothes and bathing suits will last for years. Can't wait to go back and shop here in the future. This Volcom store and service never disappoints :) read more
