All the stores I went to on my Maui trip had the same souvenir crap. Finally I come across Crazy Shirts. This is a great place to get COOL shirts from ur trip. They have shirts dyed with tangerine, hemp, volcanic ash, coconut milk & a lot more. & if you can't fit your purchases in your suitcase they can ship it home to u! The girl working there was super nice as well. Definitely a must stop when ur staying in Maui. read more

Been a fan of Crazy Shirts since my first visit to Hawaii!! Normally, I like my souvenir shirts cheap. With Crazy Shirts, I'm willing to pay their higher prices because their shirts are so cool!! They make clever quality stuff that lasts a long time. To this day I still wear one of my Chocolate t-shirts that I bought 19 years ago! Each Crazy Shirt branch has shirts that you will only find at their specific location. For example, at this store in Lahaina, they have shirts with Maui designs on them. My wife bought some pretty flowery blouses at a fair price. Definitely worth stepping inside this Crazy Shirts shop. May find something you like. read more

Been CS customer for more than 20 years. Nothing bad to say other than they have always had a loyalty program. At one time after a certain number of purchases you received a free shirt. Then it changed to a certain amount of money spent. Now however they have stopped doing anything other than sending a catalog....Big F.... deal. What ever happened to loyalty. Yea I will continue to buy the product. But I am disappointed in them... Making a lot of money but too cheap to remember who got them there. Great quaility shirts. High thread-count cotton + highish prices. I'm actually (coincidentally) writing this review in a Maui No Ka Oi ("It's the Best...") Crazy Shirt and really missing the island... When to go back? Decisions, Decisions... Anyway great selection, I like CS because their 20 buck tee-shirts feel great and make me nostalgic for Maui. These shirts hold up well and won't shrink into oblivion like other cheaper and poor quality souvenir shirts. They also have unique and colorful designs. Great view of the Lahaina Beach from the back of the store, incidentally also where the fitting rooms are located. Super friendly staff and extremely helpful. So this is a review of the service and not the product. I have never seen a customer service person be more disrespectful. We have purchased items at this particular store twice before but won't be back. My wife was actually paying for the items but the agent still kept looking at me. Even when my wife said, "you can look at me I'm buying these." the agent kept looking at me. No worries though there a plenty of other crazy shirt stores on the islands. The one at Cannery Mall had WAY better customer service and even had shirts this high end store didn't. Save yourself the stress and go to the store in Cannery Mall or one of the two on Front St. read more

We always shop crazy shirts when we're in Hawaii but this time we had a exceptional shopping experience. It was all do to the young lady who works in Maui "whaler village" location, her name escapes me but it started with an "M" sorry, I can't remember it. She listened to us & answered all our questions. Then she showed us a variety of shirts, to which we purchased quite a few. Also, she chatted more on a personal level, and found her to be warm, welcoming & enthusiastic. Aloha Lisa was amazing and I appreciated her friendly customer service. I must have shopped at Crazy Shirts for at least an hour since I wanted to try on shirts and sweaters before I purchased anything. And, before leaving, I purchased 1 sweater + different shirts. Sizes varied, but I was able to leave the store happy!! If you spend $200+, Crazy Shirts will ship your stuff for free + Hawaii has no tax. I was asked if I wanted my stuff to be shipped to my home, but I had plenty of room in my luggage so I opted out. Price was alright, but the material is good quality so I know my shirts can be worn forever. Shrinkage, I couldn't really tell after washing everything in cold water + delicate in dryer. I was informed, there are Crazy Shirts in California also, but here, depending on where you get them won't have Maui on it so I made sure I picked up enough shirts + sweater with cute floral and turtles. This place is awesome! It was one of the last places we visited in the little mall thing it was in. We were at first hesitant because we didn't want to get our family and friends shirts, but the shirts were pretty awesome!!! The ladies that were there were super nice and super patient as my husband took his sweet time picking a shirt. We found a super cute shirt for my sister-in-law who loves cats, and my father-in-law that he absolutely loved. We got one for my dad too which totally fits him. The ladies also put a cute logo on the sleeve which makes it tagged as from Maui in 2017 and fairly unique. Will totally get myself my own shirt next time. read more

I first learned about Crazy Shirt on my trip to Maui in 2017. On this years trip, I couldn't wait to return, as it is the one shirt from last year that still has held up and washes well. These shirts are extremely durable and wash so well. I love the uniqueness of the different dyes -beer, coffee, coconut, green tea, volcanic ash, etc. While I was already a fan, I had a great above and beyond experience with Selena, one of the employees. This trip I had island hopped and while in Kona (on the Big Island) I had fallen in love with a Kona coffee dyed T-shirt. However, didn't want to mess with packing the shirt to drag it to another island. When I arrived on Maui, I was unable to find the shirt. Apparently, each island has some island specific shirts. But not to worry! Selena went above and beyond to have the shirt shipped to her store so that I could pick it up before flying home. She even offered to ship it to my house for free if it wouldn't be in the store by the time I left. Awesome, awesome service. Highly recommend. Customer service is . The shirts run around $35/each but they are much more durable than the ones next door at ABC that do not hold up. Spend the extra money, it's worth it! read more
