Immediately after pulling up to park, I was greeted by a fellow biker who works at this shop. Nice positive biker vibes! I believe his name was Ranger. Anyways, he explained where the new and used bikes were and what a phenomenal offering of incredible Harleys!! I've been to numerous shops and this has to be one of the largest I've seen. Three floors!! If I was local, I'd buy one that was calling my name! LOL. Pic below! Cut me a deal and I'll return to ride it back to Sac! Also, spoke with Adam who initiated a friendly conversation which is cool. Great HD shop!

I vowed never to enter this place again after my experience with employee Jaquan. As a woman it's kind of scary anyway because you're many times treated as a dummy. Out of desperation I went in today because I felt I needed power steering fluid (car sounded awful too). I got Vince who was so personable, kind and helpful. He made me feel valued as a customer. Came outside, checked my fluid level and even put the fluid in for me. And, he explained that it was Transmission Fluid that I needed, not Power Steering Fluid. That's the kind of service that keeps folks coming back. Too many employees don't seem to realize that without customers they'd have no job. Thank you Vince!
