I picked up quite a few items and asked the sales folks what I would need and they actually recommended not getting some of the sanders and instead to either buff it with one product or visit a little locally owned shop nearby. Ultimately, they saved me a good amount of money which is always appreciated and helped look up the right tail light part I would need. I vowed never to enter this place again after my experience with employee Jaquan. As a woman it's kind of scary anyway because you're many times treated as a dummy. Out of desperation I went in today because I felt I needed power steering fluid (car sounded awful too). I got Vince who was so personable, kind and helpful. He made me feel valued as a customer. Came outside, checked my fluid level and even put the fluid in for me. And, he explained that it was Transmission Fluid that I needed, not Power Steering Fluid. That's the kind of service that keeps folks coming back. Too many employees don't seem to realize that without customers they'd have no job. Thank you Vince!
