Poor Customer Service - Won't Be Returning…read more Ladies, if you're looking for good customer service, this is not the place. I purchased a windshield wiper blade from this O'Reilly location about three weeks ago. Today, I tried installing it myself but couldn't get it on properly. I returned to the store -- which wasn't busy at the time -- hoping for some quick assistance. Instead of being greeted, I had to interrupt "Sheila," who was watching something on her phone. I explained the situation, and her response was, "They shouldn't have let you walk out without installing it for you." I asked if she could help me, and she followed me out to my car and said, "Give me a minute." Several minutes passed. I went back inside and found her helping other customers, with no explanation or follow-up. No one else offered to help, either. Frustrated, I left and drove to South Denver Automotive Garage -- not even a mile away -- where someone kindly installed the wiper blade in less than five minutes. I'll be taking my business there from now on. This O'Reilly location has lost a customer.

They say they will lend you the tools, but they did not have a ten mm wrench to loan me. Nor did they have a pair of pliers. So I returned the battery. They have a ridiculous set of priorities in my opinion. They lost a $160 sale because they did not have a $5 pair of pliers available. What a way to run a business!! Other auto parts chains are happy to install a battery for you - and I am heading to one of those.

This is a testament to amazing customer dedication from your store manager, Cody Brower…read more I don't even think Cody was scheduled to work today, but came in because someone else called out. Yet and still, Cody did not waiver in his pleasant personality and great assistance to me! I rented an electronic vehicle from Hertz and realized after I got home, that the key fob had a dead battery. Hertz had already closed for the entire weekend so I called their roadside assistance. She told me to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts and ask them to replace the battery & she immediately credited my invoice. I went to the nearest O'Reilly and was assisted by the manager, Cody Brower! Cody was SUPER helpful! To my disappointment, when he changed the battery, the fob still did not work. Cody did not give up. He worked with the fob; tried a few testers in the store; and pressed every button...but to no avail. There was a sign on the store door stating that they were unable to do parking lot assistance today, but Cody insisted on coming to the parking lot and test the car battery too! Well, the car battery was fully charged, so that was not the problem. Much to my amazement, Cory was DETERMINED to figure out the issue. Cory kept working with the key fob, and there I was trying not to cry, because I knew my only other option on the weekend, was to drive an hour to the Denver airport. Then Cory said, "Look at this!" I looked up, and voila! He figured out the problem. Cordy got the key fob to work!!!! I cannot thank Cory enough for saving my weekend car rental experience. I am moving to Florida in a couple days and really need this car to finish errands before I leave. Cody saved the day!!!

So I googled where I could get my battery changed really quickly and well THAT DAY, and saw great reviews for Advance Auto Parts. I gave them a call, and they said they had a ton of my car's type of battery in stock. I actually bought it online right before I arrived because there was a discount code for online purchases. I got there, and all they did was make sure it was me, and immediately changed the battery on the spot, made sure my car turned on, and no electronic resets were done! It took about 20 minutes for everything. I also got some service refund at the end! Wallie(?) was great, and even told me to take pics of my receipt/warranty because the ink fades! Great service. Would come back again.
