Really poor customer service here. After a prior negative experience I decided to give them another try because they're close & there was a Groupon. The oil change was fine but on departure my maintenance light was still on. The team at this Jiffy Lube was so incredibly helpful. My car broke down on the street across from the building, and many members of the team ran across the road to push me out of traffic. Afterwards, they jumped my car not once, but twice, and helped me with getting more fluids in my vehicle. Mar 9, 2024...I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ryan was very polite. However, for as much as they charge, (I ended up paying $177.00 for an amateur job. because I had some air filters changed (2)). I was concerned about my transmission fluid being low or dirty, and all he could tell me was there was no way to check it. But he tried to convince me he did the best he could by opening the cap and sticking his finger in there and it felt ok. He couldn't check my battery because somebody had taken their machine, and they had no way to check it. The battery is under the passenger seat and so Auto Zone couldn't check it. They are not worth the money. I left not trusting that they did anything they said they did. plus on my paperwork, it says the customer sat in the car, which I didn't. This business is filled with untrained scammers. On a recent visit, the oil monkey told me I had a major oil leak and that I should get the additional service that allows for free fluid top offs. Given the car had never leaked oil before and I take meticulous care of it, I was a bit shocked and asked to go below to see it. When I got down below the car, I saw the bottom was a major mess with oil everywhere. The mechanic said it's "leaking here" and pointed to the bottom of the engine. Then he told me he had a friend that is a mechanic across the street and could fix it for $300. Wow! That seemed convenient. Well, lucky for me, I have a brand new white concrete driveway at home, so when I got there, I parked on the street and evaluated my driveway. Spotless! Not a drop of oil on it. I then took it to my regular mechanic, and he said they hadn't tightened the plug and let the oil spill all over everything when they initially drained it, which explained the mess. Do yourself a favor and go to a trusted mechanic. These guys obviously are in the business of scamming customers and are in cahoots with one of the mechanics across the street. read more

I've use these guys for several routine services. They've been great to work with for those. The reason I am leaving this review is we had a battery die in the parking lot across the street and a gentleman from the shop walked over with his personal battery jump starter to help my wife and I. Super friendly, no questions asked. I would 100% recommend this location. read more

How long does it take to acknowledge someone when they pull up? Or when they walk inside? Or say hello to you? It takes leaving, coming back and throwing a fit to be acknowledged. If I didn't have a Groupon for this location, I wouldn't have come back. Only 2 people working this morning, they're not super busy, but too busy for basic customer service I suppose. Such incredibly nice people! They have you stay in your car during oil changes now, which is great, and everyone wore a mask. They're always so helpful and kind here! This is my go to for a quick oil change. I've never had to wait. Employees are professional and helpful. Juan in particular is a stand up guy. I appreciate getting in for an oil change and getting honest feedback on what my vehicle really needs instead of the typical BS you get at Grease Monkey where they make up issues and try to bilk you of cash for work that doesn't need to be done. So focused on being fast friendly however this makes it so they don't listen. Started doing work before I could explain what I wanted then talked down to me when I told them I preferred different options than they recommended. I intended on walking my dog during service. I told them I would check in then go get him. Now my dog has a stranger in the car with him, I can't take him for a walk and I'm stuck in the waiting room - hence the time for a bad review. Very expensive even with a Groupon. Beware the Groupon price is not all in. Extra fees from Jiffy Lube on top. I won't be going back. read more

I stopped by to inquire about oil change prices. Once I realized that these guys were able to beat all competitors pricing, I was sold. Once my car was in, Antheny went above and beyond to inspect my brakes and tires. When he came back and told me of the dangers of my current brakes, he not only offered to get them taken care of same day- but also came as close as possible to our original estimate after my brakes ended up costing more than planned. I took my Car in for a routine oil change. I went to leave and my car started overheating and I went back. And the guy who was manager or acting like a manger came out look at my car and took for a test drive he didn't make it out the parking lot before the same thing happened. He told me that he tightened a hose for me and that's all he kept saying. Keep in mind my car was just fine before I stopped in there. He was a complete jack ass and just kept repeating himself. Let me preface this by stating that I try my best not to write bad reviews. You know what momma says. But when the service is so poor I feel people need to know what to expect. Yesterday while I was driving a friend to go pick up his truck from the shop, I decided to kill two birds with one stone and get my oil changed in my car before my trip to to mountains this weekend. I stopped off at the Jiffy Lube in Arvada and to their credit, they had me in and out in no time flat. Maybe that's where the problem started. As I sat in the waiting room, I could see one of the attendants working on my car talking on his cell phone. I didn't think much about this until after my visit. About 2 hours after my oil change, I received a phone call from the Jiffy Lube informing me that one of the staff had forgotten to put on a skid guard on the undercarriage of the car and that it "wasn't a big deal. Just come on back and we'll put it on for ya". Well, you see, it is a big deal. I live in down town Denver. At least a 30 minute drive to your shop. I asked what they could do for me since I had to drive all the way back to Arvada and he said he would have his manager call me back and let me know what they could do. No call that day. The next morning I called and got the same runaround and the acting manager said that his boss wouldn't be in until 11am. 12:30 rolls around and still no call. I finally get a hold of the manager and he informs me that the only thing he can do is have me come all the way back to Arvada for a free oil change the next time. Um, that sounds you aren't doing ANYTHING for me since again, I LIVE IN DOWNTOWN DENVER!!! I asked if he could get me a coupon for another Jiffy Lube and he said "Nope". Not only will I be contacting corporate Jiffy Lube about the lack of service and respect for their customers, but I will be informing them that will not take my car back to ANY Jiffy Lube. I had the misfortune of taking my car here for an oil change on 8/29/2021. I had to take my car to a full service regular mechanic today for an unrelated issue (low RPMs while the vehicle was idling). While they were investigating the issue, they found (AND SHOWED ME) that the oil filter had freshly leaking oil on it, the drain plug on the oil pan was leaking, and the oil had been overfilled by approximately 1.5 quarts. The owner urged me to take my car back to where the work had been done for immediate correction. As soon as the repair was complete at the real mechanic, I went back to the Jiffy lube that had done the work, and was at first greeted by a polite Hispanic employee. When I described the problem, he went and got a manager by the name of Cory. THIS MAN WAS AGGRESSIVELY RUDE and immediately sexist and combative. He not only refused to do anything about the issue until I pulled out the ticket from the other mechanic, his tone of voice insinuated that I was a stupid woman for taking my vehicle to another location , I had my six year old daughter in the car with me and his rudeness and tone were such that even she noticed and she asked me why that man was being so mean to me. He took my key and pulled the car into the service bay. He then came out and shoved the dip stick in my face and yelled that the level was fine. He also said that the oil (THE FRESH OIL THAT I SAW ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE FILTER MYSELF) was not fresh and was "residual." Residual mostly clean oil from an oil change that was done two weeks ago. Yeah right. He refused to do anything else, and left my car, with the door open outside of the service bay where anyone could have taken it and walked away. Again, he refused to do anything about the issues. I informed him that I would be contacting the corporate office and his reply was "yeah, good luck with that." So aside from the complaint about the poorly done oil change I received on 8/29 from this location, I have to know, does this company make it a habit to promote people into management who not only have no customer service skills but are also clearly sexist and verbally abusive to customers? read more

Groupon spammed me at just the right time. I just happened to need an oil change. Isaac is awesome! He was not only very kind to everyone he spoke to, he showed me my air filters, asked if I wanted to change them and the cost, but then told me they weren't bad enough to necessitate the change. Nice, he could have told me they needed to be changed, and I wouldn't have known any better. However, no matter how good the service by one individual, it doesn't make up for how bad corporate is. That's why there's no 5 star rating here. It started with the groupon. There was no information on how to use it or who to call. So I went to the website to get further info. Still nothing. Do I need an appointment? Do I call ahead? Is it just a drive up and get it done? I've never been so I didn't know what to do. Even when I drove up there were no signs anywhere except for a small one in the bay telling me to pull up. When I got out the guy just instructed me to go inside and have a seat. I thought that was strange being that I didn't tell them what I wanted to do. Then I realized that's the business model. You are there for an oil change and everything else is laignappe (as we say in the deep south). I really liked the end where another guy physically showed me every single thing he did, ensuring that all the caps were on tight and that the oil was now clean. Great service! It's unfortunate that corporate doesn't handle their marketing very well. read more

I had a great experience here. The service was fast and friendly. I was greeted promptly and they took care of my car as quickly as they could on a busy day. Everyone that I came in contact with introduced themselves and were helpful with any questions I had. What I loved was the no pressure sales. The technician went over the typical list of recommended services due at various milestones and what not. Most had already been done, but for some reason i couldn't remember the last time I rotated my tires. I went ahead and added that on. Later, the tech came in and told me that they looked at my tires and they didn't think it was needed. They instead recommended that I have that service done a couple oil changes from now. Holy crap! They just saved me 20 bucks! 20 bucks that they easily could've kept and would've done a service that really wasn't necessary. Thanks guys! I'll definitely be back. read more

Best experience I've ever had with an oil change. Came to my car and welcomed me within seconds, had amazing customer service, and had me in and out in under 15 minutes. They had an array of drinks and snacks for the wait as well as informative television playing for entertainment. They didn't try to push me to get anything that I didn't need and they were super personable and helpful. They did their job wonderfully, providing a proper walkthrough and explanation as well as cleaning my windows and vacuuming my floors. Could not have been more satisfied unless they literally paid me for the service. read more

I came here today with my boyfriend to get an oil change for our H3. We're selling it and wanted to have this done for the buyer. When we pulled up (me in the Hummer and my bf in his truck), the employee instructed my bf to have me pull the H3 up to bay 1. My bf and I are on our cell phones and he told me what the mechanic told me to do. There are no markings on the Bays, but the mechanic immediately jumped into a vehicle that was parked right there and reversed completely to the lot behind the shop. This bay was on the far left, so it made sense that it was Bay Number 1. So, since it looked like he made room for me to pull in, I began to pull up. I was puzzled because he immediately jumped out and started barking at us, and was clearly frustrated yelling at me to "wait a damn minute". I was shocked at his seething poor attitude, and still confused what happened. He then jumped into another car in front of the middle bay and backed up super close to me and hit the gas aggressively to park where we thought he was telling me to go. I barely moved up a foot or two. But the guy was so mad and impatient. My bf and I are both sitting in our vehicles, in the middle of the lot unsure of where to go. One would assume we would be given further instructions, but that didn't happen. Oddly enough, he literally walked away as if we weren't even there. Awkward! Lol. He stepped into the bay and just stood there, evidently pouting. First of all, that's not okay AT ALL to berate customers after failing to provide clear instructions. Additionally, why on earth are your employees throwing toddler tantrums with customers? If you all refer to Bays by number, and your staff refuses to at least point to the bay they want us to move to... I would suggest you somehow label those bays. I was so offended that anyone in a workplace would presume this kind of attitude is at all appropriate. Or get so flustered for no reason! I sat there for a minute and decided I was done with this place. I didn't trust him with the truck . ... if he's missing basic manners and decency, I'd rather not give our business to you. Fortunately, we ended up at another Jiffy Lube and had a great experience! read more

I have been coming here for years and they were super-efficient but today I pulled up to a bay with no one in front of me, and yet it took an hour to finally ask them to finish up and while checking out was told they didn't have time to vacuum....but they had time for 3 pizzas to be delivered in front of the customers and several employees in the work area disappeared! read more

I had just returned from a 6 month deployment and my truck had been sitting on the side of my brother's house exposed to the element. I now had to drive my truck to Dallas, TX. I drove to Jiffy Lube and rolled right into a stall. They changed my oil and filter (full synthetic), topped off all my fluids, aired up all my tires (including spare), washed my windows and even vacuumed out the cab. I was given a print out of items that they recommended to address sooner rather than later, but my truck was given a clean bill of health. I was now confident that my vehicle was prepared to make the long haul and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. I was very happy with the quality of work and the price of the service. Pulled up to have my car serviced and nobody even noticed that I had pulled up. They were to busy talking to some blond and leading her car up with a lot of merchandise. I came into the so called lobby if you can call it that and the kid just looked at me like I was stupid. I told him I had pulled and and he said " oh well yea we are kinda busy right now" I came here thinking this was better than grease monkey but those employees showed me I was wrong! I came in here this week, I love going to this location it's so nice and usually the workers are very nice. There is a black guy that is amazing very professional nice. When I went in this week though I was appalled I heard this guy I believe he told me his name was Duane tell another guy that they finally got rid of one of the "niggers" now they got to get rid of the other one. I was so ashamed to even say this is were I went to get my oil changed I never knew how racist this place really is, but since my experience it seems like everyone I talk to has experienced some type of racial under tone I guess thinking because were white we will be ok with it but it disgusts me and I will never go back to that location and I will tell everyone I know not to go there as well read more
