The crawfish was really tasty, well-seasoned without being overly spicy, and a great value for the price. We happened to be at the Rock House location during the Kentucky Derby and got to participate in the Crawfish Derby event, which made for a really fun day. Even better, the proceeds went to a great cause. You can tell this is a friendly, family-run operation that genuinely cares about the community and the customer experience. I ordered the Tropicalia (24 oz): mango, banana, pineapple juice, lemon, kale, spirulina. Solid lineup. But I don't like juice substitutions when you can have real fruit, so my *ONE ASK* was to please add real pineapple on top of everything. Add actual pineapple, not just juice. They said yes!!! No extra charge. And that's where everything changed. This tasted CRAFTED. This tasted INTENTIONAL. Winner. WINNER, WINNER, CHICKEN DINNER. This is easily the BEST smoothie I've had in Austin.
