You go down the line, tell them what you want tacos, burritos (even the lil burrito is huge!) quesdillas, nachos, or even bowls, pick your fillings from their ample selection of white rice, brown rice, black beans, pinto beans, steak, chicken, Barbacoa!!!, a couple of different salsas, tons of sauces, and of course lettuce, sour cream and other taco toppings. They even sell chocolate chip cookies at 3 for a $1 for desert, which are really good. Just don't count on having room for them immediately after your meal! The service at this location is superb! The crew is swift, friendly, thorough and willing to answer questions. The restaurant is clean, and plays eighties music. The ac is just right- If this place were here in VA I'd probably go once a week.

To recap on my past experience from Hamilton, I had ordered some pizza for some friends and myself soon after I discharged from the U.S. Army at around 7:30 one Friday night, and after two hours I hadn't heard a word from anyone. I called the store and they claimed that I had never called and placed an order! At that time, I placed a second order, and again nobody ever showed up. When I called a third time to speak to a manager, they profusely apologized and insisted they would deliver my order free of charge. Fast forward to nearly 14 years later, I am still waiting on that delivery! I'm sure they will get it to me eventually... Anyways, back to Germantown! They delivered what I ordered, they followed simple instructions that I left them, I gave generous gratuity, our food was hot and it tasted well... Like Papa John's pizza is supposed to taste! As long as they hit all the right notes, I am inclined to give them 5/5 for accuracy, timing, taste, following instructions, and ease of the ordering process. The first time I ordered here, I had some questions about some ingredients related to my dietary restrictions. I wasn't able to reach anyone on the phone, so I ordered something safe. When I got there to pick up my food, I asked my questions, and the person who took care of me was so kind and so understanding. Probably Darion himself, but I'm not 100% sure, as this was sometime last year and I honestly don't remember. The food is always delicious and consistent. It's packed full of ingredients, always hot, and always great! My only complaint, is that I always find myself craving them on Sunday and Monday, when they're closed!
